loved it. and ancient artifacts, especially swords, sabers, guns first, and top floor, with a history of 20-21st century lit and the events of euromaidan and the war in the East. not only in abstract and impersonal, but in the form of stories of different people. I was particularly struck by a letter from the daughter of a belligerent father.

Great Museum that showcases the breadth of Ukrainian history from prehistory to the present. Sufficient English translations but more would be an improvement

Lost of floors covering centuries of history. Most of it in Ukrainian, although some English transcriptions present. Could easily spend half a day in there.

There seemed to be missing a connection between rooms, fist there were some stone age and bronze age, then some 19th century coin collection, followed by the middle ages and renaissance. Back and forth through the ages, and some stuff in there. And it seemed to be like an afterthought if there were some explanations in English.

Take the tablet, go to a Museum and take notes on the history of voyeurism in Wikipedia. Here you can sit for hours. The Fund is interesting and a bonus Wi-Fi

Top muzeum in Kyiv for me. It's definitely national level of exhibits. It took me 9 hours to carefully pass through all 4 floors. Although this muzeum isn't offering modern user experience it's definitely a systematic way to learn ukrainian history.

Hail to Ukraine!
