I liked the single-family hotel. It's cool that everything is futuristic, as if set in some future time. A few issues arose during check-in, but no one is immune to them. The most important thing for me was that the hotel manager resolved them quickly and was responsive and polite! So, I'll definitely come back next time. There's a work area, which is convenient. Everything is clean and tidy. A definite plus is that you can check in at any time of day (many hostels are closed after 12). I recommend it!

I had booked this place for my Partner, and he said it was located in a great place of Kyiv. Accessible to most restaurant's, pubs and activities. They were very accommodating with including him in Christmas celebrations.

Great location. Top Level management. Everyone works hard to make sure guests are listened to and heard. Very polite and charming staff. Zero complaints. For me, it's absolutely perfect. There's a vibe in this place that just feels good and happy. I'll recommend this place to anyone wishing to come to Kyiv.

As far as I am concerned, I never tried that kind of experience before and I didn't expect that it was so great! Sleeping inside a capsule like if you are going on the moon. I will remember that original hostel in Kyiv, thank you so much!!!

The place, the activity, the thought... It's so cool to go outside in the morning, at lunchtime, or in the evening... It's a bohemian place... The capsule is a whole other story; how crazy it is in itself, you just have to experience it... But it's awesome! It's not claustrophobic at all! One thing, though, maybe not for light sleepers, but there is a separate compartment. Overall, it's awesome!

The staff is amazing but
The level of noise will not allow you to rest.
While booking I should be informed that there is a party that was until morning so you can't sleep at all. Not sure for what I paid 400 uah

I enjoyed staying in monotel celebrating my 33th birthday...the view on church is amazing, sleeping in capsula is exotic experience, I liked talking to the receptionist who is super chilled and kind...hope to come back some other time ;) highly recommended!
