Booked a room through booking.com. We discussed all the details over the phone. Location in a cozy and quiet area 20 minutes drive from Kyiv. It has its own parking and free Wi-Fi. The room is small, one double bed and one smaller. The room is clean and nice, we took without air conditioning. The room has a large wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, cups, plates. Just a couple of bags of tea and coffee...

Clean, comfortable and everything is new. There are many expensive expensive cottages around. Close to the highway to Lviv. Convenient for an overnight stay in transit. There is a room with a kitchen.

Cozy room. The room is clean, tidy there is a bed, a sofa and a table. Kettle tea, coffee, cookies and water in an eggplant. Also, the mini fridge pleased and free WIFI. Who on the cars in front of the house parking.

This is our third time staying at Chaika home. Everything is neat, clean, soulful. There is a kettle, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, a cozy room.

+ Fresh renovation, new furniture, good TV with IP-TV, spacious room, good Wi-Fi, good bed - no breakfasts, the smell of new carpet throughout the hotel and THE MAIN MINUS: the railway outside the window, the platform of commuter trains ... you open the windows and you are on the platform! you are looking at the platform, and the platform is looking at you :) ... when trains pass - noisy and vibration...

If I come to LEX Trend Hotel Ukraine again this will be the first place i check for an available room!

Good facilities overall, on the pricey end. Outdoor pools not super nice, the indoor one (at the spa) is great though

This resort was amazing. So many activities for all ages. Great spa. Very clean. Wonderful campus as it is in the woods you feel close to nature and very much out of the hussle of city life. Such a relaxing place. Breakfast buffet is very tasty. Room so comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing. Vladislav at the front desk was especially helpful as I thought I had lost my passport. He went out...

Nice territory and facilities, great place for a relaxing getaway, especially with kids. Food is good — both breakfasts and a la carte restaurants. Quite pricey though. Too many people on weekends, but very few Mon thru Thu

It was nice... Long time ago. Now, is gentle service... However, there is no lake anymore. Food is ok.

Welcome back to the past. Anyway place is good for her thing, exercising and breathing fresh air.

Old buildings, hot water few hours per day. Good medicine procedures. But nature is greate.
