Hotel Acorn in Irpin

I want to share my honest review of this hotel.
We called an hour before check-in, and the management immediately started asking inappropriate questions. Finding the entrance itself is incredibly difficult and impossible without assistance. The grounds have unpaved, icy stairs. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by an unfriendly man. My husband tripped on a step, and they immediately looked at us askance and asked, "What's going on here?" The attitude toward guests is terrible, especially from the woman at reception.
The rooms are cramped, smoky, and the bathroom is full of mold. Looking at old reviews from seven years ago, it's sad to realize that nothing has changed. The worst thing is that they skimp on the most basic amenities: diluted soap, a moldy shower curtain, and a complete lack of any toiletries.
Don't go there, especially with children, unless you want to be bitten by bedbugs. For the same price, you can find a better option.

Horror. The entrance to the hotel is through holes and curbs in some yards. Inside it smells very much like cigarettes. The room has zero soundproofing. There was some noise in the corridor all evening. You could hear people talking in whispers! I don't recommend it

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my travels. It was clear upon entering that the hotel was in terrible condition — the street was a mess, the corridors smelled suffocatingly and terribly of cigarettes. The atmosphere was gloomy, as if I had entered an old Soviet building where no one had renovated anything for a long time.

We paid 1250 UAH for a “junior suite” — but this was simply a mockery. The furniture was falling apart, everything was old, and most importantly — the room smelled unbearably of mold. At first, they tried to kill the smell with chemicals, but later it came back even worse. All our things smelled of mold after one night!

Heating — portable heaters, the boiler had to be constantly turned on and off, the TV didn’t work. You can forget about comfort.

The website promises “early check-in,” but in reality it’s just a requirement to pay for another day. And during check-out, we were asked to vacate the room by 9 am, although the official check-out time is 2 pm.

This is not a “junior suite” - it is an unsanitary room with a moldy smell and a feeling of complete decay. For the same money, you can find a clean, comfortable apartment where you can at least breathe. I categorically do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hasn't been refurbished in at least a decade, not very clean, the bedsheets stink, the atmosphere is very dark and gloomy, the staff are VERY RUDE!!! The good thing is there are fridges in the rooms and the toilet seats are new, there are towels and slippers that can be worn inside the (questionably clean) showers.

I don’t have my own entrance to the hotel, only courtyards and along curbs, I don’t recommend it at all with children, there is a terrible stench from smoking in the hall, the standard room is sad, the bed linen is washed and everything is stained, they politely refused to change the request, saying something from the iron . In the hall itself, there are night gatherings with a bottle of beer (yes, not just one) and it is very noisy. Maybe suites and norms will be rooms, but the standard is of course, scoop.

we checked into room number one, don't make our mistakes !!!! all night, people were settled right under our window, respectively, no one slept, the walls are very thin and in addition to people who were overpowered and I now know who lives where and this information is very interesting to me, the person was sick all night in the next room and it is just perfectly audible! !! the room is stuffy, basement, no conder, in the summer you can die of fat
