I do not recommend this place. If they took a pledge, they will not give it back. Will look for any reason for this. The table was torn off and it is not a table but a shelf. Because of which you can get injured

I was at the hotel 10.07 at 23:56. The person who was supposed to check in said that my room was occupied by another person and my booking on booking.com (made 14 hours before) did not mean anything.
If I want to stay in, maybe he will find another room, more expensive.
This is a fraudulent practice.
PS The hotel's answer is false, no one tried to write off money from my card, the hotel did not warn about "its" booking rules, and after an allegedly unsuccessful attempt to write off money from the card, it did not contact me. On booking, the write-off procedure looks different and occurs immediately upon booking, but the scammers do not know this.
Other negative reviews confirm that this is a systematic practice of the hotel.
For the entire time of working with booking.com, this is the first time and I will strive to ensure that the platform responds to unscrupulous hotel representatives.
I booked room on booking.com, but receptionist told my room was occupied by another person and my booking.com reservation means nothing, but he can find another room for higher price.
It's cheating practice and it's sad booking.com can't defend customer in this case.

+ Fresh renovation, new furniture, good TV with IP-TV, spacious room, good Wi-Fi, good bed
- no breakfasts, the smell of new carpet throughout the hotel and
THE MAIN MINUS: the railway outside the window, the platform of commuter trains ... you open the windows and you are on the platform! you are looking at the platform, and the platform is looking at you :) ... when trains pass - noisy and vibration, even with a closed window - who has a light sleep is a problem :(
