We were a group of 6 people last weekend in a 3-bedroom apartment. I liked the location (very quiet and picturesque), delicious pancakes for breakfast and the price is pleasant - 50 UAH for a large portion, although the entrance is shared, the apartments are separated (locked with a key) and have their own kitchen-living room
From the minuses - it was quite cold (but for autumn, this is the reality of such a plan of cottages - heating is not yet included, although the temperature at night is low), you have to wait a long time for the water in the shower to become warm.
It should also be taken into account that the bedrooms are not quite equal: 2 have a balcony and a view, and the other is much smaller and without a view, with a smaller bed
If you plan to cook something, it will not work, because there is no stove, you can only fry something on the grill, as we did.

Stayed 10/01/22 booked on "Booking" due to good rating
I didn’t like it, the ride was steep, there was ice, we had four-wheel drive, we stopped by. For those who cannot, they offer to leave the car in the village on the square 🤔
The lighting is very dim, you can't see anything. They offered a room on the floor below due to the fact that the light bulb in the corridor burned out. In winter, they make you take off your shoes so as not to stain the stairs with them.
It was cold in the room, the fridge didn't work.
There is no service as such. Breakfast was - undercooked pancakes with cottage cheese - inedible.
Maybe it used to be normal here, but now it's not!
The cost of living is very high

Very beautiful location, feeling like in the heart of the mountains. Clean air around the mountains and forest.
Were pleasantly surprised by the settlement - the room has everything you need - furniture, electric kettle. However, did not think that for the room "standard" bathroom and toilet - in the hallway and shared. The bathroom did not have soap and other hygiene products, a hair dryer, but we had everything with us. So there were no problems.
There are problems with sound insulation, heard absolutely every rustle and every word said in the next room. This is typical for wooden houses ...
We even managed to play a game of table tennis (rackets and a ball are better to take). The pool was cold, so do not swim. We saw that in the future there are plans to make a large full-fledged pool. With such incredible views, swimming there will be a pleasure.
