The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat

A small wish and recommendation to the staff is to remove the musical accompaniment of the pouring bucket after the steam room. After EVERY turning over, the “Apostle Andrew” of Nautilus turns on

We stayed at this hotel for one night, we didn't expect that a 4* hotel could have such cozy and stylish rooms. The breakfast is generally above all praise

a lot of different meat, fish, delicious desserts, pastries and pancakes. The location is excellent, suitable for walking. There is a park and the old city center nearby. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends

You will have to bring the kettle with you, it is not included. Delicious breakfast, but it starts at 8:00, which is quite late. On the second day I ordered a lunch box, I did not go hungry

The entrance to the floor is locked with a door, access is by room cards. I could not open it the first time, I called for help. There is a powerful magnet, you need to pull it hard, we laughed 😂 2

Cool hotel, with good rooms and SPA (which is included in the room price). Breakfasts are delicious with a good choice and delicious filter coffee. Standard room is not very spacious, but quite comfortable

Update --- Stayed here again in May 2021 for a few days. Everything was excellent, service improved or at least seemed to be better. Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience

High-quality and beautiful furniture. Very soft and comfortable beds, there is even a pillow menu and you can choose and order exactly the filler you are used to

A restaurant, a concert hall is good. The list that is not available in the rooms. Niersbach remotes with TV air conditioning. Air conditioning was blinking at night, but remote was not

The room is clean, snow-white, bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoos, shower cap, shoe sponge, and a sewing kit (white, black, gray, red threads, a pin and buttons (what if someone lost a button before the conference!)) For each room they gave two electronic keys, gave a free map of the city, marked must-see objects on the map

Then I decided that the restaurant on the 7th floor is more interesting and tastier (and cheaper) than in the center on the sidewalk. I wish prosperity and development to the hotel. And I recommend travelers only here!

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

Came to Lviv for a conference for the first time. It turns out that the hotel consists of two separate buildings. The buildings are across a narrow road, opposite each other

The building has 7 floors: 6 for the hotel, and the seventh for the Soprano restaurant, which has a terrace around the perimeter with a view of the city on 4 sides

Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast

Quite good 3* hotel. It is further away from the Lviv center, but taxis' are not that expensive there. By the way, I thought that this hotel is next to airport, but not... :)

Hotel is very close to Lviv airport. It is one of the best conference facilities in the region. Good value for money. Very good service. Far from the city centre.

Stayed at the hotel Atlas Deluxe from 9 to 16 May 2018. Starting with the reception team and communicating with the entire team of the hotel felt friendly treatment, high culture of service and desire to help

Absolutely nice hotel and restaurant, nice food, cosy rooms and great conference services. Breakfasts are European, location is just perfect, close to old town. Rooms are quiet, clean and personel is great

Stayed in the Suite with balcony: nice view, beautiful area, but the roadway will not allow you to sleep with the Windows open - it was a minus for us. A balcony in the end did not use

Conference room is underground which makes a great shelter when you need it

FYI, driving conditions in Lviv are difficult since this is a medieval town with narrow streets with no bypass roads, so being close the center is very important if you want to have an enjoyable stay in Lviv

Far enough away from the tourists but close enough to be very convenient. Nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, etc

Everything was very good. Personal,clean, comfort, WiFi, price - the best for me in Lviv. Next time I'll choose Leotel again.

Hotel Magnet was good for a one-night pit-stop, but the restaurant was closed when we arrived. And stayed closed. 😑

Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair)

I was at the hotel from the 14th to the 16th 10. A very wonderful hotel! The rooms are well-kept, everything is clean and tidy. Every day the room is cleaned, it made me very happy. It is good to stay with children

I haven't spotted air conditioning in the room, so visiting hotel during summer may be quite burdensome. But for moderate weather it's fine. Water pressure in the shower was a little bit low

The rooms are in great condition, as are the hotel halls, lobby, and Cafe. It should be noted for American travelers, only the Cafe area is equipped with Air Conditioning, as is the case with most European hotels

As far as the Cafe is concerned, the breakfast is well made and they have quite a large menu to choose from should you care to eat a larger meal there or go drink beers night

The beds are in perfect condition and the rooms are outfitted with televisions. The free Wi-Fi works very well. There is an elevator present for accessibility

The establishment (both the Hotel and Cafe) employees are kind, thoughtful (and in the standard Ukrainian manner, absolutely gorgeous)

In a first for me, the Cafe is a 24 hour establishment. I would recommend this establishment to people visiting the city of Lviv

Lovely place to stay, the prices on this complex super. The only water in the shower has a characteristic unpleasant smell (like very often in the Carpathians)

If you are not only up for a tasty food, but for a nice scenery, place to rest, - this will be the good one
