My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.
