Administrator Vadim, thanks for the good welcome at home. The kitchen is excellent, the location is good. The only thing that needs to be done is to modify the rooms in terms of comfort. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. Thanks again.

A wonderful base for a family holiday at the sea: cozy, quite quiet, there is a place to walk on the territory, if you want, or sit by the barbecue at the table with company in the evening.
The rooms have a good minimalism, because of the thick walls it is never hot. 5 minutes to the sea with a slow step. We rested at the end of July, we liked it. I recommend

It's hard to rate this place.
If you compare with any Hotel, then you will not find words of comparison ...
Perhaps there are rooms there, but we did not spend the night in this one.
Bathroom in the common hall (hall for two rooms).
The floor is just painted concrete.
The windows are plastic - the only modern thing in this room.
There is a balcony...
Bed linen has seen better days... (Grey color, has small holes)
Sovdep, nothing else comes to mind ...
Perhaps I am spoiled by "foreign comfort", but my hand does not rise above 2 stars...
Parking on the territory, there is a cafe, they didn’t dare to order anything there ...

Where is the wi-fi about which they write - it's not clear.
Soviets are everywhere. Everything is old and shabby.
In a double room for 550 UAH there is not even a fan. The windows don't have screens and don't open. You can only open the doors to the balcony from where a swarm of insects immediately climbs.
To prepare food in the common kitchen, you need to pay another 200 UAH.
The only thing is there is round the clock hot water and a good location.

The photos on the site do not correspond to reality. When you call and ask for the availability and cost of the room, they say one thing. Upon arrival other prices. The room is dead, there is nothing except a bedside table from the Soviet Union and a bed, there is not even a fan, not to mention the air conditioner. Although the cost of the room is 650 UAH! In general, they don’t develop in any way, they don’t improve the service, but they raise prices.
Didn't stay at this place, it's not worth the money at all.
We found a room for 300 UAH and air-conditioned, with 3 beds, a refrigerator and a mirror.
