Surprisingly nice water park. Lots of sunbeds, lots of fun waterslides for adults and kids, several cafes and bars. The territory is clean and well-kept. The only major drawback are locker halls where lockers would secure your things only from a small kid, and there are no changing room. Which would be OK if access to female and male halves of the space were restricted, which is not, so female visitors...

Be careful! There is an incredibly hot floor outdoor throughout the way to waterslides because of sunny weather so a barefoot run exceedingly hurts. The Tsunami slide is the best attraction! But not for kids unfortunately. Discount tickets are always available in the centre of the town.

No air conditioning available at the first floor at villas. Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak.

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling. Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes).

The perfect place to stay near Odessa. All rooms have super sea view, the beach is 50m and you can hear the waves in your room.

A good place to rest the 3rd year

Clean, tidy, cozy, to the sea 700 meters 15 minutes. walk. ATB and Metro are 500 meters away. The bus stop is 300 meters away. Very far from the center 8km .. Very decent quality motel for the price charged. The restaurant downstairs prepares average food, mostly fastfood. Salads are also available though.

This is a great place to try some traditional Ukrainian food. I recommend this place for tourists and others that enjoy traditional food. The only reason I am rating this restaurant with only four stars is because mineral water and Coca-Cola comes in small glass bottles.

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

An excellent hotel with wonderful breakfasts, impeccable cleanliness, and very attentive and responsive staff! The hotel has a great children's play area, which is essential when vacationing with children. Cons: the pools are unheated and the access to the sea is poor.

I stayed at Hotel Nemo during a business trip! To be honest, it's rare to feel at home in a hotel... But in this one, I truly did. Three days passed in an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere! Albeit a tad bit outdated (IMHO), the customer service is superb. Rooms are clean and extra linens provided. Located at the beachfront, the balconies open a few meters away from the sea. However, the internet is poor and cannot support video calls.

We stayed at the beachfront and everything was perfect: amazing sunrise view from our bed, contemporary design (everything is brand new and super clean!) and generous breakfast (more like brunch/lunch size). Owners are very welcoming and open to any suggestions so we highly recommend!

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. Staff are fabulous and very helpful. My girlfriend and I received a free upgrade to the Oriental style room on arrival, which was extremely well furnished and ornate. Bathroom was spotless and large. I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. If you are not on tight budget and love Italian villa very close to the centre of Odessa and the sea think no more. This is the great place to stop by. You will enjoy all of it.

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. I stayed here when I was in Odessa and it was comfortable. It is slightly away from most of the sights in the centre of the city.

There's nothing much to do in the Winter, except stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh sea air. But in Summer it is packed with restaurants, bars and a nice place to be in general.

Good service, great polite and service minded staff willing to go above and beyond to satisfy even the most demanding guest. Good location near the seashore.
