We will never come back here again in our lives.
1. They did not warn that the settlement was at 14:00. In fact, we were settled at the beginning of the fourth. We queued in the open dining sun for over an hour. We ruined our first day of vacation.
2. As a result, it turned out that there was a "force majeure" in the room that we ordered. Which one, of course, we were not told. They put us in a room, supposedly a higher class. This is not a number, but a hut on chicken legs. The house is moving fast, something scratched behind the bed.
3. On the fact of our settlement, we were informed that, it turns out, and in the middle of our holiday, we will need to move to the room that we ordered. They said it was being renovated. This should have been reported immediately! And not when things are laid out. To our indignation, the administrator replied: "You are obliged to move. Say thank you that I did not leave you on the street."
We have paid in advance! By the way, half the amount. What does "not left on the street" mean????
4. Naturally, we moved to the room we originally ordered. We spent another two hours of precious time at sea. There was no renovation here. The room is infested with mosquitoes, midges and spiders.

We just got lied to! I have not seen such an attitude on other bases. It is better to report the money and book a room in the next b.o. Hope. At least they value their customers there.
We will never come back here and do not recommend to anyone.

We went to the sea this year with one goal - to relax (more mentally than physically). Not the first time we rested in Koblevo, but this time we decided to change the base. There were a minimum of selection criteria - within walking distance to the sea and the center, and plus or minus a clean, not killed room with amenities. The search stopped at the recreation center "Salyut", where the above suited us and, in our opinion and by the standards of Koblevo, an adequate price-quality ratio (judging by the photographs). But, as you know, everything is known in comparison.
The problems started from the very beginning of communication with the person who is booking the rooms. We have faced what is probably the most laboratoryless process of this kind in our practice. In short and a little exaggerated, the essence of the conversation was: yes, no, card number! There was no talk of any confirmation of the armor. Everything had to be asked. As a result, upon arrival, I had to look for a screenshot of the prepayment (which, by the way, on this basis is half the amount for the entire period, and not for one day as on normal bases).
The next step was check-in. Which as it turned out at 14:00, and, as we were told, do not even expect that we will settle you earlier! As a result, I had to wait until 14:00, and then still stand in line for at least an hour in the sun. Zero individual approach! Zero courtesy! Wait!
The room that we booked for some reason could not be provided to us. They said: "Force majeure, just don't be afraid, we'll put you in another room, a higher class." Looking ahead, I’ll say that the room that we booked, which we chose from photographs on the Internet, turned out to be better than this “higher class” one.
They took us to the second floor, gave us the key, perhaps they said "have a good rest", but this is hardly ... The room is a wood-trimmed attic. Higher class, I don't know why. Perhaps because of the balcony with a table and chairs, the legs of which fell through the wooden floor, maybe a kettle, I don’t know. The room was shabby, moderately clean, very noisy because of its design (everything went hodor, creaked and sharudelo).
Each time he addressed the base personnel, the answer was, at best, sarcastic arrogant rudeness.
In three days - with things to go! Move to the booked room! And you can not move and not spoil yourself another day of the long-awaited vacation - no, you have to!
I had to assemble / disassemble everything.
Settled on the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd, as booked. But I didn’t even want to say something, so as not to hear this “polite” tone again.
After that, contact with the base and staff was reduced to the very minimum!
As a result, the stay at the Salyut base left only negative memories in some constant remarks and rudeness in our direction and the sarcastic treatment of the staff. I can only leave this review as a thank you. Thank you for not leaving us on the street. We won't come back here again.

Good afternoon. For five days they paid 9500 for a room with one room and a kitchen-studio (double bed and sofa). The promised Internet and television are not available, which is difficult with today's children. The dining room is poor, compared to the price quality (for the money today I ate better elsewhere). Parking is also a problem - today I could not even call in, the car remained outside the territory. Air conditioning, multicooker, refrigerator, sink, shower (combined) - this is no longer an advantage in our time. They only want to have. It's hard to serve them. The overall rating is "tolerably". It's a pity.

A superior air-conditioned room was booked. Given without air conditioning and smaller. The administrator came up with something that someone writes something incomprehensible on booking. She is not in the subject. They never explained anything to me. It's just a Ukrainian service.

We stayed at this place last year, everything was not bad enough, we decided to stay in a proven place this year. Horror !!!! We paid for a room in a new building, the room was on the first floor with a view of the wall !!!!! It was very damp, elementary all clean things became damp in the room, the smell of dampness and canteen. The rooms are dirty with unwashed linens. I don’t understand why there might be such prices. TVs do not work in any room, the refrigerator buzzes like a rocket. Horror, not a recreation center. Very gloomy and unfriendly administrator, wi-fi catches every other time and then only in the room.

Bypass this wretched place!!! The rooms are tiny, the furniture is old, I haven’t seen TVs like this for 15 years, there is no remote control, but in fact it is not needed, since 3 channels are shown with such interference that it is impossible to watch. the toilet and shower do not close, the locks are broken. In the evenings, it stinks of sewage so that it is impossible to open the balcony. For the same money, you can rent better housing 15 meters from this wonderful base. prices, either as a suite for 320 USD (for 10 days), or as a junior suite for 240 USD. moreover, with a shared toilet and without a TV, but with carpets. By the way, I have never met such miserable suites anywhere. Appreciate and respect your vacation, you choose a more worthy accommodation!
