Rooms are comfortable but with no internet.
The reception is in a separate building. Acces to rooms is through a dutch-themed cafe/eatery where you get your breakfast. This is a problem when the cafe closes - you have to knock-up the reception next door.
Food is nothing notable, and they have a lax attitude to fire exits.
Staff were helpfully enough.

A very budget hotel, but with claims to something higher. I stay there often for work, but recently the "roguery" of the owner, who is trying to save on guests, has become more and more noticeable. They have narrowed down the options for breakfast, instead of ham on toast they have started putting cheap sausage, which even dogs wouldn't eat. All this shows the attitude towards their guests. Improve your service, or at least keep it at the same level as before. Very unpleasant. But the piety of the owners is noticeable everywhere...

Convenient location, just what I needed near the City shopping center. There is a refrigerator and kettle, tea bags in the room, a water cooler on the floor. Storage in case of an air alarm in the courtyard.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation, but I left at 7 am, so I didn't try breakfast, because it is at 8 am. I should have told you about it in advance in the afternoon so that they would prepare a "dry ration" for me, but I found out about it too late(

Normal budget mini-hotel. Friendly staff. But there is a minus - I booked a room in advance for two, when we checked in, then one set of towels, I had to go down and ask for another one, why is that? After a hard day, you have to go and ask for something. The tuner remote also didn't work, but I didn't want to go down again. I would like these little things to be taken into account, although these are not small things at all. It's convenient that there is a cafe downstairs and you can eat, good breakfasts and an average price tag for the kitchen. Recommend.

The information in the reservation is not true. Booked a room for three with breakfast through booking.com. The hotel reservation was confirmed. In fact, for some reason only 2 breakfasts were provided. The manager said that this price includes only 2 breakfasts. Although 3 people were specified in the reservation.

Good hotel, easily 3 🌟, and the price will surprise everyone) compared to other hotels in big cities

Divinely) for the first time after the Nikolaev hotel there was no feeling of disgust. Breakfast is good too. The only negative, and it is significant, is sound insulation.

After a hard working day, I arrived at the Pilgrim 2 hotel. The administrator spent in the room, when I entered the room, I was dumbfounded !!!!! The room has a mess, not cleaned.
Thanks to the administrator, quickly replaced with a new number, but the trouble didn't end there either ....
The TV in the room did not work and the air conditioning was so dull that it cooled the room for more than 2 hours ....
And so, morning came ....
I order breakfast- toast and cheesecakes, waiting 30 minutes! Well, here's how to cook toast and cheesecakes for 30 minutes ???????
I turn to the waiter, and in response: “not yet ready .....” and at the same time there are 2 visitors in the cafe, I and the girl who came later than me at the other table.
I recommend to the owner - to dismiss the change of cooks, who worked in the morning of 06/25/20, since with this attitude and the most unpleasant thing without explanation for the guest, they disgustingly do their job !!!!!! And with this attitude towards guests, the hotel will lose grateful customers.
