A renovated building that looks like new. Rooms are comfortable. The furniture is new, the bed is cozy, and has a nice bathroom. The breakfast is very good and complete. The staff is nice. It has a small but helpful conference room. It is in the Central Avenue, and you have two banks and the main shopping center to just one block walking. A lot of the guests are people coming to do training, presentations or job for a company. Excellent for a 3 stars hotel.

The place was very cold. The heat didnt work as they said it would. The internet would only work in the lobby. Food was amazing though!!!!

I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.
