I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

Nice cosy place in the city centre. The room is clean. New furniture and bathroom. The hot water was not as hot as I prefer. And there is no connection to reception. There is no elevator.

One of the best hotels in my life! It’s a shopping Center slash club slash gym, very curious interior, it looks like a shopping mall converted into a hotel. Huge rooms, large windows, clean, modern, central

Situated in the top floor of a building which seems unusual at first but you quickly get used to it. The lower floor has a nice gym, which is not part of the hotel so you have to pay extra to work out

A bit scary during the war because there is not much place to hide, the entire place is basically made of glass, and the air raid goes off every 15 mins in the night

It cost the equivalent of around $4 for a single visit. At the basement level of the building is a supermarket. Sovietskaya walking street is about a 15 minute walk

But if you’re willing to take the risk and stay in a wonderful place, go for it! 3rd floor rooms are the ones that have been renovated and are dope

Rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable and the AC during the summer makes sleeping a bliss. On the downside the breakfast isn’t anything special

They do not open vertically, but horizontally on a small crack in the summer the air is not enough, but then saving air-conditioning

I am a native of Nikolaev came to a friend's anniversary. Of the minor flaws in the bedroom, only the central chandelier worked. Ceiling lights and sconces did not work. The sconces didn't even have bulbs

Breakfast is included in the accommodation, but I left at 7 am, so I didn't try breakfast, because it is at 8 am

But there is a minus - I booked a room in advance for two, when we checked in, then one set of towels, I had to go down and ask for another one, why is that? After a hard day, you have to go and ask for something

It was fabulous! Amazing food, super delicious, huge portions. The garden is lush and beautiful 😍 And separate thanks to the lady at the reception who was accommodating us and serving at the restaurant

True, the parking is small, only for 2 cars and inconvenient, because of the vegetation (thuja), which directly rub on the car when entering and leaving! Get out of the car after parking, you still have to try!)

I was not impressed with the single room. The room smells of dust. But I was impressed with the care, I was hungry and after a long journey and they gave me absolutely free amazing tasty soup and tea :)
