"Green zone" and wonderful nature and the sea, to the beach - about 10 minutes to walk slowly. Excellent 👌 especially when you really want to take a break from the noise, breathe fresh air, take a walk, so to speak, “complete reboot” 😊 Very friendly hostess. There are no problems with the settlement, you can agree on a convenient time 👍 There is a barbecue and a gazebo on the territory, for children there is a trampoline and toys, plus a “closed area” 👌 You can safely rest and relax 😌 You can get to the city without problems - they called a taxi, it's inexpensive.

Perfect place! Very comfortable, quiet, everything is thought out! Literally every little thing is provided, which is very nice. Cozy rooms, there are toys for children, there is internet, everyone has their own equipped place in the kitchen, ten minutes walk to the sea. The beach, by the way, is also good. There is a brazier in the yard, and if it rains - there is a closed, brick brazier. The site is closed, you can let the children out and not be afraid that they will run away. The hostess is very pleasant, sociable, you can always contact if you have any questions. We were in a quadruple room with air conditioning, but they said that there are single and double rooms, and for a family with a baby. Nearby are two shops that have everything you need. A taxi runs to the city for 60 hryvnias, and a little less than an hour on foot. We went once, just for a walk and enjoyed it. So, the place is excellent, especially for such a price! We plan to visit again and would definitely recommend!

Great place for a secluded vacation. Quiet, calm. Nearby there are shops with everything you need. By car to the nearest supermarket in the city - 5-7 minutes. Service is top notch. There is always hot water. If you are with a small child, you will be offered a dryer, a bath and a high chair (the hosts also have a small child). The rooms are comfortable beds, clean and nothing more. Veranda with barbecue - a favorite place))) The kitchen has everything you need (induction cookers, microwave ovens, refrigerator, dishes, etc.). The only negative is that it is problematic to get to the sea with a stroller or a bicycle, so we went to the beach in the city (5 minutes by car), you can take a taxi (838 service, call by phone, cost up to 50 UAH). But even this minus will not force me to put 4, as there is a plus that more than covers it - a closed perimeter. There you can let the children out (and we have 3 of them) and just watch from the table, drinking beer, and not run after them and worry that they will climb somewhere))))

Found this place by chance through booking.com. Were delighted with the rest. Great place, hospitable hosts. Clean, comfortable, has everything you need to relax. Beaches for every taste. In 15 minutes, a virgin wild beach, in the city of urban and central beaches, Bugovo beach. And everywhere is very good, clean sand, clean water. There are 2 shops near the place of residence, many shops, markers, pharmacies, several markets in the city. Everything is accessible and conveniently located.
We were delighted with the living conditions. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable sofas, beds. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves. Two showers with warm water, which is always enough, among other things - a boiler, two toilets. Everything is perfectly clean. Arbor with barbecue - it's a delight!))) Beautiful, cozy, comfortable.
