The hotel exceeded all expectations! High-quality repair, everything in pleasant colors, beautiful dishes, new appliances. Aesthetic pleasure)) At the same time, everything is new, in perfect condition. How picky I am about such things) for the first time I liked the hotel on all counts. It can be seen that everything is done for the comfort of people.
Everything is there, and if you have any wishes, you can simply contact the manager. Every day they cleaned the room at our request, changed the towels. The location is convenient, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the same amount to the center, to the ATB too. Right next to a good hookah bar and a lot of cafes. There are places to walk and eat.
Chernomorsk itself gave the impression of a small cozy and clean town, with a bunch of squares, shops)
Zhanna (the manager) did not refuse any request, she always helped out, she was polite. And she was always in touch, literally at any time of the day. Good service is rare in Ukrainian resorts, but here everything turned out better than I could have expected))
The stay was a little overshadowed by a man, a hotel worker, not sure what his position is. But he showed his dissatisfaction with our stay as much as possible, from the start he was rude and on the day of departure he asked several times when we would leave. With him would work to spend on how to communicate with guests. But thank God we rarely saw him)

Great hotel with wonderful, friendly owners, nice people, such are sooooo rare. The hotel was created with soul. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail, the location of the hotel is convenient, the sea and the beach are clean, the town is cozy, the streets and courtyards are dotted with many flowers.

We were very impressed with this hotel. This is not the first time we have rested in Chernomorsk, but this is the first time we meet such an attentive attitude and the European level of the rooms.
Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, fresh stylish renovation, new high-quality equipment.
The location is perfect - five minutes to the beach, close to ATB and Tavria shops, our favorite Georgian bakery, pump room.
Zhanna and Alexander are friendly and ready to help at any time.
