I thank Dmitry and Svetlana for creating conditions for a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very clean and all conditions for comfortable cooking are created: kitchen utensils, good quality dishes, detergents and cleaning products, towels and napkins, etc. For our family of 3, the refrigerator was too small, but this is not a reason to deny yourself a rest in this hotel. We wanted a quiet family vacation - and we got it. The most important thing for me is the clean sea next to the hotel! Lucky we saw dolphins. I recommend the hotel to good and positive people! Great place, great service.
In the rooms everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
BUT there is a significant minus, poor sound insulation. If families with children will live above your room, be prepared to live on a children's regime.
Every step, cry, scream and movement of objects on the floor will be perfectly audible at any time of the day.
So it is better to choose rooms on the 3rd floor)

Lovely hotel, very close to the sea, a bit far from the city center, but it's not a problem, you can order a taxi. The hosts Dmitry and Svetlana are very responsive and friendly people, the rooms are clean, the balcony overlooks the sea. Recommend! We'll be back here again!

We rested in July, for the first time on the Odessa coast. It took a long time to choose a place. We chose the Chernomorsky hotel and never regretted it. Everything that is written in previous reviews, everything is true - quiet, comfortable, clean, thoughtful, close to the beach... and most importantly, they are very hospitable, sensitive, caring and humanly nice people who created and support all this for us, for guests.

We spent a week as a family in the 5th room with a terrace.
From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea. There are always ships at anchor on the horizon waiting in line for the port.
Saw a thunderstorm 100 km from the coast - bright orange lightning illuminates the sky showing black silhouettes of ships.

The hotel is very cozy. There are only 7 rooms. Mostly families with children here. All the bars and restaurants are very far away, and there are only small houses-hotels around, so it is always quiet and peaceful here.
In the hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we were very surprised. 22(!) sockets in the room, 10 lamps, TV with android and movie apps, normal wifi, good bedding and dishes, air conditioner, shower, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator. There is a washing machine on the first floor and a coffee machine for an extra charge (20 UAH espresso). Technically, everything is in order and works. The room is clean, the hotel is always cleaned.

There are no problems with hot water, there is a modern boiler for the whole house.
The territory is always closed - all doors have magnetic locks, many cameras and a fire alarm. Parking with video surveillance near the hotel.

The service is excellent. When settling in, all information is provided on the surrounding locations - beaches, shops, restaurants, markets. Many thanks to Dmytro and Svitlana for their hospitality.
