Excellent!

Rested with her husband in early August.
Pros: close to the sea, nice staff, free parking right on site, amenities in the rooms, cleanliness, kitchen with everything you need (but I would like better conditions), sunbeds, grill with tables under the cover.
Cons: cost, small rooms, also crowded on the second floor, not comfortable to eat at the table on the veranda when other residents walk by. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay, at least just take away the garbage, do not change the toilet paper, do not have any hygiene products. I also did not like talking to the hotel owner on the phone.

Overall a nice little hotel. With its own features, like any place.
In principle, I do not mind coming here again.

A great place for a secluded holiday. Small, clean rooms. There is a mini-kitchen, there is no kitchen (economy). But, there is also a common kitchen, a barbecue area. Direct access to the sea. Nice staff. One minus - it rips the floor terribly. Sorry for the people living on the first floor. I recommend it if you want to take a break from everything. We will definitely come again!

We rested at the base "Victoria" with the children for the first time, very satisfied!)
If you need the sea before your eyes, 2 steps to the sea)), a warm welcome, a quiet rest, then I advise !!!!!
The territory is perfectly clean, maintained around the clock, there is everything you need for cooking, a playground, a barbecue with tables.

Soulful beach otelchik family type. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the area is small but well appointed. Near the hotel there are shops and a market where you can buy everything you need, the prices, like the rest of the coast, are too high, but prices for fresh vegetables and fruits are very reasonable. There is also where to have lunch, drink fresh coffee or a milkshake.
