Were in July 2020 (10 days), with three children. All is well!!!, if not so far to the sea and mosquitoes!!! With a stroller, it is inconvenient to cross the railway tracks, and a lot of mosquitoes on the way to the sea (mosquito sprays did not help much), especially when you go from the sea in the evening.
That is, if you are without a stroller that needs to be carried over the railway, then the location / price is fine! It was hard for me personally to overcome this "barrier". And we, in search of a normal transition through the paths, probably bypassed all the nearest transitions. But such that it was possible to safely move with a stroller without carrying it in your arms was not found. (Although they didn’t look in vain. If you go a little to the right of the exit from the hotel, you find yourself on a cliff from which you can already see the sea, although far beyond the cottages. And if you get to the Nagornaya station, it seems to be called, and go down to the sea there, you can also walk a long bridge over small lagoons). And everywhere grows a bunch of cherries, cherries, cherry plums, gooseberries ...
Another minus of the hotel is slippery tiles. On which in wet shoes or if it is wet, you need to walk carefully so as not to fall. Especially for children who are always on the run.
And one more thing - a busy road, right in front of the exit from the hotel (fortunately, the gate closes with a latch, but not everyone and not always closes it well).
Nearby there are shops, you can pay by card. The kids have plenty to do in the yard. Swimming pool. Swing. Toys. ... They cook food if they are too lazy). Enough shade in the yard. The rooms are air conditioned. Hot water. Wi-Fi. ...
