A great place to stay. It will be comfortable here both to relax with your family and with friends. The territory offers a gorgeous view of the sea, no walk-through yard. Very cozy and comfortable. Still new and neatly done "as for myself". Each house has its own veranda, where you can both sit in the evening and cook something for yourself. I recommend !!!

Had a rest with friends here on May. I liked everything very much! Service and living conditions are excellent! The furniture is new and comfortable. The houses have everything you need. Very nice prices. The owners keep order and cleanliness on the territory. Pleased with the beautiful sea view right from the barbecue area! I recommend!

My family and I have been resting in this hotel for two years now. Delicious cuisine at moderate prices, a cool, clean and warm swimming pool, a large area with barbecues and a children's playground. There is plenty of space for children to play. The sea is only 10 minutes away. And most importantly - friendly and very pleasant hosts and staff. Who needs a quiet, family vacation, welcome :) We rested with my family on 09/16/2020, we were very satisfied with the rest. Evgenia is a very positive, smiling, kind, hospitable hostess. We had a room of two rooms, where there were 4 beds, TV, air conditioning, shower-toilet, everywhere is clean, everything is at the highest level. We rented a room - 180 UAH. per person per day, very affordable price...

Friendly staff, closed parking for cars, good breakfast. Kids loved the interior..

I fell in love with this place back in 2019 😌 then it was a couple of days, but how I liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Therefore, already in 2020, being pregnant, we went with my husband and friends. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, but you can also order meals in the hotel itself. I liked the individual approach, my husband and I are vegans and we were prepared accordingly...

Great place to stay with kids. There are swings and a playground. Welcoming hosts. The food was delicious. There is a brazier, we did barbecues. Our room had air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. Hot water in the shower was constant.

The hotel is good, value for money. Technical points are fixable and insignificant. In general, I liked the rest, clean, comfortable, infrastructure a stone's throw away. The owner of the hotel is very pleasant, responsive and good-natured. We'll be back for sure.

Were in July 2020 (10 days), with three children. All is well!!!, if not so far to the sea and mosquitoes!!! With a stroller, it is inconvenient to cross the railway tracks, and a lot of mosquitoes on the way to the sea (mosquito sprays did not help much), especially when you go from the sea in the evening. Cheap place to stay in the nature. Beautiful river, good toilets. Fridges and mirrors in houses. Near the sea, 5 minutes walk. We had great weekend there, thanks!
