The house is nice. You can talk with the owner on interesting topics ...
But ... you are asked not to cook in the kitchen to save gas in the bottle. For the same savings, the gas is set on a terribly small fire and the water can boil for about 20 minutes. I had to first boil in a kettle, then pour it into the crutch.
At the expense of the backyard, where the barbecue and the pool are located, after 9 hours it closes and you have to swear with the hotel owner for your paid vacation.
Also there is not enough dishes for all rooms. The owner does not change the detergent (which is diluted with water) and the sponge for dishes, they say when the season is over and everyone leaves, then it will change.
The shower is not made conveniently, but in principle you can swim.

It was possible for us and the children to have a rest in Granik. It was not a rest, but a real nightmare. The owner overestimates the prices, no conditions (the sofa is broken, upon arrival he had to wait for His Highness, when he deigned to wake up and bring a special chair under the headboard, God forbid, this property of history did not break completely !!!! so that the eyes were watering, they were really washing on the toilet, the water did not descend, everything was clogged, and soon after lunch we were asked not to use the toilet and shower, as grandpa saves everything, even in time to cause the pumping of uncleanness. In the kitchen there is a cylinder that is scary to use, and you can’t cook it! Everything is dirty. The pool is a separate issue (swim so that not a drop falls on the tile, leaving the water to wipe dry feet. Well schedule, swim, when you want it does not come out, the owner expels everyone when he sleeps, rests and plus two or three hours one is engaged in the pool. Consider how much time is allotted to you - 0 !!! His presence is everywhere, full control of your actions and repeated abuse and even insults. The worst hotel and rest. For the price I would like more attention and service. There is no cleaning in the room, only if you ask and that is only called cleaning. You are there under the scrutiny of the host, who is present everywhere and controls every step you take. In the kitchen, the appliances were in terrible condition, the cleaning lady Ksyusha was constantly in the kitchen and was constantly cooking something (instead of cleaning the rooms). In the rooms, the bed is old and in a terrible state, the tulle hangs on the windows is torn, the shower itself is not there, you wash yourself on the toilet (in the literal sense of the word), there are no toiletries, you bought yours. The sea is very far and very steep descent, naturally and steep ascent (although by phone I said that although far, but comfortable to go to the beach, this is not true) I do not recommend rest in this hotel, money is wasted, you can find good base of rest, with excellent service😞
