Wonderful place. Magnificent pool, pelican, first line. Almost immediately access to the estuary and to the pier with boats. In a nutshell - a heavenly place :)

1000 UAH per day): double and single bed, mini-fridge (which buzzes at midnight), air conditioning, toilet, shower (the water was almost always hot, one evening was not, there were problems with the boiler ), and the TV does not work properly, which turned itself off every 2-3 minutes

until at night we didn’t have a party with music to the fullest, oddly enough, the administrator, together with the company - decided to "take a walk" !!! all vacationers were not allowed to sleep until 2 am! Next time I'm not sure I'll come here

To the remark of the administrator Ani, she replied that the master would come and look at the antenna))), emphasizing that the problem is not in the antenna but in the TV itself, that it turns itself off, that the timer is not standing, etc

We are very pleased that the camp has many activities for children: water slides, children's Playground, trampoline, movie room, and most importantly - great fun and exciting entertainers! Games, competitions, exercises, dancing, aerobics - will not leave indifferent neither kids nor adults! Our stay in Rute was just SUPER! All at the highest level!!! Thank you, keep it up!!!

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the second time, we were very hospitably greeted. Near the market where you can buy fruit. The small territory of the hotel is cleanly tidied up

The issue of food is well thought out, there is a market nearby, excellent staff. The price is 40% cheaper than 1 line. Now we will look for an opportunity to come again this year

Great place! I have live in a cottage and also in a Deluxe room. Nice restaurant and SPA. Very beautiful and good looking.

The room was clean and tidy, in the room we had a TV free WiFi, breakfast was ok but could be better the tea and coffee was bad if you wanted a good tea or coffee buy from the bar a big territory 2 pools ...

The team takes always care for all our wishes also during winter season. Special thanks to Mila from the reception she was so helpful during my stay and as well a big thank you to the whole restaurant team

The price for the room and for the food and drinks was absolute acceptable. In case I should come back to Ukraine close to this region I will stay again at this hotel. All the best for the Hotel Team

The cook tries always to take care for our wishes, also for meals which were not on the menu card. The cleaning team did a good job. The rooms where clean all the time

Excellent hotel! The rooms have a bathroom with all amenities. The room also has air conditioning. A very big + for this hotel is that they cook and you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner

Cleaning in the room on demand, by default - towels, bed linen are changed every 3 days, shower accessories are replenished

In the bathroom - shampoos and shower gels, cotton pads and sticks. The shower cubicle is closed with a curtain. Plumbing is white, brand new, there is hot water. The floor in the room is laminate, does not creak

In general, the room is clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Anastasia met us at the entrance, gave a tour of the territory and the hotel, told everything in detail

I should underline it: the whole crew, who worked at Moncastro in August 2021 - you are incredible people and that’s your hearted service and attitude that is so remarkable for Ukraine that I want to post this feedback

We definitely are going to come back again and again. Thanks for room service, nights at the pools, and variety of choices on menu!

Moncastro came to us as a revelation. We didn’t plan for a holiday this year, and we were very pessimistic about traveling abroad with all those Covid checks and inconveniences of trip arrangements

Food and drink service as well beachside. The view from my balcony was amazing. Was my first visit to Zatoka but won't be my last. And when I do return the Moncastro Hotel will be my only choice!

From the first moment of meeting a doors opener Sergey till the point of going on friendly talks with guys from the kitchen - that was a very pleasurable experience

Quite a good hotel in the Gulf. Good location, located in the center of Belgorod - Dniester, has its own beach, pool and restaurant. Rooms are beautiful - clean and tidy. We cleaned every day, also changed towels

And one more thing, I did not like the fact that in fact the beach is not the hotel's own, there are only included in the price sunbeds and umbrellas (there was always room for their own)

So other people came (not from our hotel) and bought sunbeds, and some others just laid a blanket and lay on the sand, and the beach is not too big for so many people

I think for such a beautiful hotel you need to fence off the beach and make your own. But these are not big disadvantages, in general I liked everything very much, all the staff is friendly, and always happy to help

The hotel also included breakfast. You could choose porridge (as a 1st course), as well as an omelet, cheesecakes, pancakes with meat or something else (like a 2nd course). And 3 usually went fruit or pastries

I did not like the fact that there were few waiters at breakfast, and many vacationers, so they did not quickly take orders and bring them. Once we waited for the waiter for 30 minutes

Hot water for such frozen ground, like me, is a great option, and then under the air conditioner. What could be better? Nice view from the windows to the green area

The balcony in the room allows you to eat in the evening or in the morning in the fresh air, a large territory of the base, many gazebos where you can sit

All liked it! The room is super, clean, everything you need is there, the kitchen is on the floor (we cooked breakfast sometimes), the pool is a great alternative to the sea (when there is a storm or cool water)

And if you don't want to go to the beach, there is a pool, always clean. The hotel rooms are always very well cleaned

Wonderful place for the price. Nice simple room, swimming pool and BBQ area.

On the territory there is a barbecue, parking, a recreation area with tables, a small playground, an area with sun loungers and parasols. walk there are shops, a market, a supermarket, various places for recreation

The bathroom is not as lovely as the suite, but ok. The room has a TV on the wall, refrigerator, dressing table and wardrobe. And there is a large balcony that overlooks the pool and the sea

This year they did not want Turkey and Egypt, they decided to Zatoka. The hotel was chosen on the principle of "near the sea and the pool"

The room for three is large, cozy, clean, the beds are comfortable and there is an additional sofa bed. Feather pillows, clean bedding, two towels per person

This is not first time I stay here. Pretty good rooms, swimming pool and 50 metres to the Black Sea. Some attractions for all ages. I would recommend to visit it.
