A great place for a relaxing stay. Green area, rooms for every taste and budget, a wonderful pool, friendly staff, delicious food, and a boat to the sea within walking distance (in the cost of living)

Of the pros I want to note the guarded parking in the area, which, incidentally, did not have a beautiful pool, staff who kindly solve any problem, green, prosperous and well-groomed area, convenient location to the boat that will take you to the sea, good rooms in which they clean every day

Very cozy, clean, beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed area, spacious rooms, lovely people, an excellent swimming pool (25m, deep) and the highlight of the hotel is the Pilya pelican, she's just lovely! The children were delighted, they did not want to leave

Wonderful place. Magnificent pool, pelican, first line. Almost immediately access to the estuary and to the pier with boats. In a nutshell - a heavenly place :)

We rested in August. The weather was great and the sea was warm and clean. The hotel is cozy. Everything in the room is there for a comfortable stay. Sea view from the room. But you need to book in advance.

Just returned from vacation and emotionally decided to write)) We had a great vacation! The sea is warm and clean! The room is spacious and beautiful. The store staff and receptionist are nice

The best place to stay in Sergeevka. Everything is done with bast and taste. Comfortable for couples and families. to the sea or to the pine trees. Very clean and well maintained

Only mosquitoes were annoying in the evening, but we were told good body sprays and a raptor for the room and everything was great! I recommend the Hotel House by the Sea!

Very cool location and wonderful hostess! Conditions: clean and modern! There is a nuance with the music from the nearby bar, this should be taken into account.

We ate delicious food from the barbecue)) Affordable prices for the room and for food. And they could afford not to cook on their own, but to eat in a cafe

I passed by, judging by the sign for rooms for rent and private parking. Nearby there is a market, in a word, the whole beach set and shops. All this is on the shore of the estuary on Chernomorskaya Street

In order to lie down or stand up, you need to climb over the backrest. They only provide one large beach towel. There is no kettle in the room. A fan must be installed in the bathroom

I was on vacation with my family, friendly staff, very satisfying and cozy, I couldn’t describe it enough, I recommend a quiet place

We had a private large gazebo near the entrance to our room. I liked everything, what is described in the hotel review is reality. In addition to a large double bed, the room has a small folding sofa behind the partition

There is a barbecue and all the accessories for cooking over an open fire, free parking for cars, although not at all protected from the sun. What I didn’t really like: the bed - there are no side approaches

Very creaky floors, which is especially noticeable at night. With that said, if the price per room was a little cheaper it would be absolutely fine. But still, I recommend it for a pleasant holiday!!!

When they arrived to check in, the owner said that the room was occupied :(, offered a room for 3 people and only for one night. It takes 20 minutes to go to the sea

We rested at the hotel for 4 days. Everything you need is in the room. You don't need to take dishes with you😁. The furniture is modern and comfortable. Meat or fish for dinner and lunch. The staff and owners are helpful
