It's beautiful place.

This hotel has long been special to us. We rested here in 2021, returned again in 2024, and are now enjoying our vacation in 2025.
There is everything for a comfortable stay here: a private kitchen with everything you need - stoves, microwaves, multicooker, kettles, dishes. On the territory there are barbecues, a heated pool, a playground, a trampoline, a sports area with exercise equipment and a volleyball net.
In the evenings, cartoons are organized for children on a large projector, and for adults - football or other events. You can order food directly to your room or in the gazebo, as well as eat in the hotel cafe.
Only 50 meters from the sea: clean beach, umbrellas in two rows, tents, sun loungers, shower hoses for washing off sand. The territory is well-groomed and very cozy: good lighting, flowers, thuja, tiles and new lanterns leading to the beach.
There is free guarded parking, laundry, cleaning, breakfasts from 8 am, aromatic coffee at the reception.
And most importantly - the wonderful owners Natalia and Andriy, who are always ready to help and create a special atmosphere for guests!
We are sincerely glad that we discovered this hotel, and we are sure that everyone who comes here will definitely want to come back again. We are already planning next year ❤️

The whole TRUTH about vacationing at the VIP hotel

We arrived on 06/16/2024, a few days after the hotel opened. We were looking for a hotel on Booking based on reviews, saw the reviews for 2021, which seemed to be good and we decided to go.
We took 2 rooms, there were 2 mothers and 2 children, 7 years old. For a week. So I'm ready to share my impressions for those who doubt whether to go to Zatoka to the VIP hotel or not.

We arrived at 7 am and the hotel hostess Natalia kindly checked us in right away, so we washed off the road and went to bed. The room corresponded to everything we saw on Booking. Everything is new, and it is clear that people did not save money when building the hotel. The soundproofing is great, so you can not be afraid to go to those people who love silence - you will not hear the neighbors behind the wall.

All rooms have a sea view, so we were constantly getting better breathing the salt air.
Each room has a Raptor, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and if you need something, they give everything and bring everything, the main thing is to tell the Administrator, and not sit and wait for them to guess your thoughts.

The beach is gorgeous, sand, first line, the sea is perfectly clean and I would never have thought that it could be so warm in the middle of June. We tanned beautifully, there are sunbeds, umbrellas, a tent - everything is like in the photo on booking.
The sea is suitable for children, the sunset is gentle and not deep right away, but after a couple of meters a deeper sunset begins, so our children, who do not swim well, were constantly splashing in the sea and we did not worry about them.
The pool. Although it is considered adult, it is not super deep and the sunset is by steps, so my child swam on those steps, the water is 24 degrees, when it is warmer outside, the water warms up better.
Cafe. We went 3 times, the cafe is an annex to the hotel on the 1st floor. Everything was delicious, but we wanted to cook ourselves, so we used the kitchen to the fullest.
The kitchen is large, 2 stoves with 8 burners, 2 sinks, a microwave, multicookers, 2 kettles. I didn’t see a queue, everyone was warming up and no one went hungry. So this was my first such extreme vacation with cooking (previously I always took hotels on ALL inclusive) and I appreciated that there were many pluses. At least it’s cheaper and better quality, because you know what you prepared for the child.
The hostess Natalya personally controls all processes in the hotel, so you can be calm about the order on the territory.
Conclusion. Definitely go, first line, wonderful sea and beach, new hotel, soundproofing. It is convenient to get from Kyiv – a night train to Odessa, and 1.5 hours after the train arrives, there is a train to Karolina Bugaz, or you can take a taxi from Odessa to the hotel. We took a taxi to the hotel, it took an hour. And back from the hotel, it is very convenient to take a train. Well, we spent three times less money than if we had gone somewhere abroad.

A stunning place for a wonderful vacation. The owners and staff are welcoming, and the rooms are clean and cozy. For those who want to cook their own meals, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The hotel is so well-designed that you can sit in the shade at any time of day, either in the gazebo or outside your room. Plus, there's a gorgeous, wide beach. Overall, this is a place you'll definitely want to return to!

A good hotel. It's a great option for families with children – they have a small pool and trampoline, various scooters, exercise bikes, and more.
It's not far from the sea.
The rooms on the second floor have sea views.
From 12 noon, there's shade on the balconies.
The dining options are convenient – ​​there's a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and there's a restaurant nearby where you can order food and drinks delivered directly to your room.
New arrivals have a guest shower and toilet, as well as a room where you can leave your suitcases before checking into your room.

Overall, the management is great – pleasant and friendly, and they keep the grounds and rooms clean.

Just super! We were a family, two children 3 and 8 years old. The beach is large, fine sand - you must take pies, molds, etc. with you. The rooms are super. Good bathrooms. Good gazebos for a family meal, even a large family. There are large barbecues for the barbecue menu! You can order a delicious meal in the hotel cafes. Delicious hodgepodge!
