We were not the first time. Everything is good, the rooms are cozy, small, with their own shower room and toilet, with air conditioning, there is a shared refrigerator in the kitchen, there is a stove, a washing machine. We were with a small dog, there is no extra charge for it. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the worn-out mattresses and very unstable wifi.

A very nice hotel with everything you need: a kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning in the rooms. There's also a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and other essentials. The owner is very welcoming and always accommodating. I highly recommend it!

We arrived late at night, and at the reception we were still greeted with a smile. Very warm, like at home! The room was warm, comfortable lighting, good soundproofing. What was also impressive - the hotel had a small lounge with books, where you can sit with tea. In the morning, delicious coffee, croissants, porridge. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked everything!! Friendly hosts!! The price is very affordable 1820 for two nights (for the New Year's weekend) There is everything you need for living and relaxing. The room is clean, cozy. Kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle. Hair dryer and hair curler for free use. I had a force majeure, the bus was canceled, I had to quickly look for an option to get home. The host went to meet us, we left the room at 19.00 instead of 14.00 (no additional payment was taken from us)
Rest with my husband for 3 days turned out to be a hurray!!!

We found the Uyutny mini-hotel by searching through almost all the hotels and apartments in Odessa on booking.com. railway station, while we got there by public transport around 8.30. leave things in the room, despite the fact that the check-in is at 14.00. You only had to go to the bakery next to the hotel. By the way, the hotel "Uyutny" fully lives up to its name. It is actually cozy. We left our things, quickly changed in the room and even managed to sunbathe on the beach in Arcadia! Initially, we planned to stay in Odessa for 3 days, but decided to extend it and stayed for 5 days. So, I’ll explain why: 1) the hotel is very clean, 2) a very beautiful modern design is not repeated in any room, and at the same time, the hotel costs 750 UAH for 1 night for two! For Odessa, it’s very inexpensive, believe me, 3) in the room has a shower with hot water, a boiler, a toilet, 2 comfortable beds (they can be put together or vice versa apart, as it suits you) a plasma TV, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, although the kitchen is shared, there are only 6 rooms in the hotel, so while we we never crossed paths with anyone, while the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, all dishes! nearby on the 1st floor, where you can also buy delicious puffs, cakes, rolls for a quick bite to eat for breakfast without wasting time and rush to the beach to sunbathe while the sun is healthy.

Nice cozy room. The room was on the 2nd floor, 3 storey building. The first one is a bakery. The room is clean. On the floor there is a shared kitchen for 6 rooms, the kitchen has everything you need. On the downside, the windows overlook the hospital and ambulances often go, and on the road, although there are also rooms in the courtyard. But for this, there are earplugs in the room. There is hot water all the time. To the beach of Arcadia by minibus min 10. I liked it.

Friendly, attentive owner. Clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with hot water all the time.
A 10-minute walk convenient transport interchange, Silpo supermarket, McDonald's, a large shopping mall.
The only small minus: not very good soundproofing. But not critical.
Recommend to everyone to stay.

Place in the standard of agritourism accommodation, generally very pleasant, shared kitchen with equipment and even a washing machine, rooms with air conditioning. The headquarters are secured with a high plot, the interior is cameral, so no-one will enter it. The downside is small rooms, a small amount of clothes hangers. General cleaning could also be done, because the kitchen is sticky, dirty tiles and cabinets. The bathroom next to the room was not well cleaned either. Sheets and towels for this very clean, very comfortable beds. Location a bit unfortunate, because you have to drive to the historic center for a long time, and the walk is almost an hour. I was saved by Uber who was out of the way. Driving on public transport is a nightmare, no timetables, dirty, stinks inside and always full of crowded people. It is also quite far to the beach. Next to it there is a bakery, you can buy delicious bagels and coffee, friendly service, very friendly and helpful :))).

Fits perfectly for my business trip. I didn't hear my neighbors during my two night stay. I was pleased with the heater, because the end of September and the nights were already cool. Friendly hosts, quiet neighbors - it's great! The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Price-quality matches.
