Pros: Parking under video surveillance is available in the interior courtyard. Staff with English-speaking and very supportive. Excellent location. Large and spacious.
Cons: The heating system was not enough to warm the suite after one night of working fully.

They tried to charge me more, two times. Also you can find much more cheaper hotels in same area. Breakfast is not good and overpriced.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city with fantastic stuff very clean comfortable. The receptionist all are professional helpful friendly and wonderful women.2 of them alex and Marisa they are beautiful as models reminds women from fairytales with princess and castle but it is real there are in this hotel. The hotel with the most ginger reception in the world 3 of them!. Alexander part of the staff in the restaurant except from good English you think is like Hollywood actor. Very nice and emotionally clever man. The price including breakfast it is great. 5 stars this hotel in my heart. Congrats to all the staff and the manager nd the owner

Great staff, friendly, helpful, always willing to answer questions, and offer their assistance.
The rooms are relatively small, but extremely clean, and modern. En suite with shower. Air conditioned.
There is also a restaurant, which serves a good breakfast.
The unusual factor is that the lobby is on the fourth floor, but there is an elevator from the ground floor.
Would I stay there again? Most definitely.

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff can speak English, knows surrounding and is helpful. Restaurant on fifth floor has quite nice view and very reasonable prices.

Great hotel!!! The rooms are always clean, comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, BUT for Breakfast dishes to choose from, I would like the buffet.

Not a bad hotel. Delicious Breakfast, great location, near many attractions. The room is cozy, but noise isolation is bad.
