Beautiful east European style property with all the charm

Great place. We celebrated 30 years of marriage with my family. Delicious liqueur and delicious food. Our waitress, Anya, was a very positive and upbeat girl, and thanks to her, the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere.

A very decent establishment, with polite staff and a good selection of drinks and food. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Parking is available.

It was a real pleasure staying and eating here. Great friendly staff, modern European atmosphere and total cleanliness. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Quite a high level of service for ridiculous money, Parking nearby, there is a drawback with the insulation, but the price evens out all the flaws...

The rooms are old with old beds, but on the other hand, what can you expect for the price? there is only wifi on the ground floor

The hotel corresponds to the money that he asked for. We had some suggestions - called pre-agreement. On arrival, everything was arranged as requested.

You will be lucky if you come across this place... I stayed in 2 different rooms, and loved both of them, which were both substantial. what great service, and such beautiful staff, music, place for running, horse riding, sauna, spa, massage, or just chilling at the pond and sipping martinis, cocktails, tea, coffee, or the delicious food brunch bar... this place is heaven.

Although the prices are quite high, the quality of accommodation, food, service, and overall experience are worth every penny. The magnificent pools and natural surroundings are perfect for complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone and visit regularly myself. You won't regret it. P.S., I recommend parents with children to visit the stables.

An excellent establishment. Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff with fluent Ukrainian. I especially liked the hammam in the spa. The massage therapists were excellent. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff: everything was delicious, including incredible desserts and hearty Swedish breakfasts. The only downside is the rather high prices.

The site is good and quiet, rooms are comfortable. What definitely needs to improve is spa complex work hours (closes at 8 spring - summer time) and probably some basic services like coffee in the room shouldn't be additional cost (given the cost of stay is quite high in general)

Very pricey! The service was not the best, there is a lot of room for improvement!! The forest is amazing, I believe that a weekend in small cottages would be a good experience! The cocktails were good! SPA is nice but maybe a little bit crowdy, especially during the weekends!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of the city. Nearby is a large park and an atmospheric pedestrian street with cafes and shops. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast. I wanted the soviet hotel experience and that is what i got. Poltava is a sleepy town. And this was a sleepy hotel with no frills but everything works like it should.

One of the mid range rightly located hotel at crossing of October and Sinna Street. You can book single and double bedrooms in an economical way. In front of this hotel there is provincial government building which makes a beautiful view. In the same building there are different offices. You have a facility of lift as well. Around this location you have famous restaurants and supermarkets as well.

It's comfortable and not expensive.

Hotel of Soviet type. Of the benefits - kitchen and convenient location. Of the minuses - poor soundproofing and no repair.

The hotel is new in the very downtown, very clean. Rooms are very big and beds are really comfortable, bathrooms are very warm which add well being in winter. Great, not superb. To start with, the territory is quite good with a lot of space, swimming pool, patios and stuff. Also animals tun around freely, which makes this place quite unusual and authentic. I love this place ❣ When you are tired of the city noise, this place can fill you out with fresh positive vibes! The territory is huge with a large variety of animals, some of them are walking among little paths, which makes you feel close to the nature. On my business trips to Kremenchuk, I always stay in the very center of the city - in the "Helicopter". An excellent, well maintained European style hotel, the best in town. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly English speaking staff, delicious and early breakfast in the cozy lounge.

This is the BEST HOTEL i ever stay on my trip to Ukraine, Kremenchuk. Super luxury! I really liked the hotel room design.The room are big and clean. Staff are very helpful and so polite. Complementary good coffee and WI-fi. They even did my laundry for free. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. My stay was easy and relaxed. Looking forward to come back soon.

Actually, one of my best hotel experiences. Nice and extremely clean hotel rooms, very nice hotel service and beautiful hotel surroundings (new park, square, restaurants and riverbank). Breakfast is served in the restaurant nearby, quiality average. Tap water is not drinkable, but one has unlimited supply of bottled water.

I only had three days in Kremenchug this trip, so chose this hotel instead of apartment. Received large room on fourth floor. Very comfortable and clean room. Staff courteous and speaks excellent English. Great location, small market nearby and central park pleasant to walk. Nice touch is the complimentary Georgian wine though I would live to taste Ukrainian wine!

I slept here one night together with some friends. It was my first time but they have been here before . It was some kind of building with dentist workers but When the war started it was changing To some kind of Hotel rooms. The rooms was very big and clean and and the beds were nice. Its not really that hotell feeling more like an apartment hotel.

I stay 5 night in this hotel. It very clean , the room are perfectly clean, the services is perfect. great Caffe latte 👍 . The employees are very kind and helpful. The location are very good at 2 mn by walk to the center. I recommend highly.

For a suite 700 hryvnia, quite a low price. SEE PHOTO. Cons: there is no TV in the bedroom, although there is a connection. No hair dryer, bathroom poor lighting. The view from the window is not very good. The area next to the hotel is an excellent pub with craft beer, good food and wood-fired pizzerias. Solid 4.

Good place, a little bit "soviet" due to the architecture. Very good and quite helpfull reception staff. Rich souvenir kiosk. The main thing: outside is one of the best local beer houses with own craft beer and traditional regional cuisine. They serve here mainly 3 types of beer: Pilzener, Munich Red ale, and Dark ale. Breakfasts.. the buffet was varied and delicious. The range of dishes will satisfy anyone: fresh pastries, fruits, hot dishes, different types of cheese and cold cuts. It was a great start to each day.

We arrived in Kremenchuk late. We found this hotel. Despite the late hour, we were quickly checked in and allowed to park the car in the yard (because it was loaded with things). The prices were pleasantly surprising. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are nice, big, comfortable. In a minute walk supermarket "minute", as symbolic) on the territory there is a pool.
