With words of gratitude to this hospitable establishment and personally to Mr. Volodymyr, who received me with my husband and son on a late winter night from January 8 to 9 - I am leaving this review here! Many know how difficult this year's winter was, and how once the Kyiv-Chop highway was simply paralyzed. The Farmer's Hut provided us with a place to spend the night - when there was not a single free place in the radius! Volodymyr helped with parking the car - he literally dug a road for us from tons of snow so as not to leave the car on the road; shared the last blanket and pillow and turned on the heating to the maximum, because the night was sooooo cold! We are sincerely grateful for the humanity, even when it was not about earnings at all. We felt how they treated us with understanding and we urge everyone to follow their example!

A great place to stay for the night when you're traveling by car on a long trip. I was traveling from Lviv to Chernihiv region and stayed here for 1 night. I didn't expect modern renovation and a wow effect. High expectations for such a budget would be inappropriate. Warmth, hot water and silence - all you need for a peaceful recovery from the road. Special thanks to the maid, Ms. Evgenia, a very responsive woman 🙏🏼 If you're going to stay here, take food with you, because there are no cafes or shops nearby, but there is a common kitchen where you can cook or heat up food.

Nice and comfy place for a stop over on your way from Lviv to Kyiv. I liked a regional house style with evident exaggerations. However, the stuff is friendly, location a bit remote from the centre of Dubno.

Nice place, there is silence around, the territory is green and large. There is a sauna, outdoor pool, large gazebo. We had a large suite, with a jacuzzi and shower, with a full set of towels and disposable slippers, as well as soap, shower gel and shampoo. The bed is large, comfortable, soft, clean bedding. The house has a kitchen that guests can use. We were greeted by a very nice polite man. And all this is only 600 UAH per day.

Excellent hotel in a quiet, beautiful location. There are only 5 rooms, of different configuration and number of beds. Our room cost 650 UAH per day and was for three. The room has a shower, toilet, double and single beds. There was also a cot, but we didn't need it. The room is without air conditioning, but with a TV. It was located on the second floor. Towels and a bathroom set were available. The room is very bright and clean. On the territory there is a sauna (600 UAH - 3 hours) and a swimming pool (150 UAH per day). Gazebos with barbecue, for us the gazebo was free because we lived there for a long time. In general, the cost of renting a gazebo is 250 UAH. You can also rent skewers, a grate, a large frying pan and coals on site for 50 UAH. There is a parking lot, a playground and a trampoline. The hotel also has billiards and tennis, board games. You can buy mineral or sweet water. On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. The staff is very kind and polite, told where to eat in Dubno and what you can see from the sights. Despite the fact that we returned for a couple of nights in the middle of the night, they waited for us, let us in and took us to the room.

Good place for spend night during long trip. Very small second bad in family room (lux).
