The hotel does not even deserve one star, the staff's attitude towards their customers is simply HORRIBLE!!! Especially the SECURITY!!! And the hotel administration who are protecting the security, it's just horrible!! THE GUARD who raised his hand on a CHILD!! a police report has been written!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

We really liked it. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the room is very, compact and comfortable. The territory is neat. The restaurant is very tasty! The presentation is very good... For example, to the already delicious borscht with beans, they add two slices of black bread and four slices of bacon... for an adequate price. There is a large parking lot on the territory. The only minus is that our window overlooked the highway and at night you could hear a little cars.

If you want to sleep and relax you drive by, in the room at the end of the corridor you can hear what they are talking about at the other end. Noise is heard from the road. All you need to ask the administrator at the reception desk. You need to ask the administrator for the remote control from the air conditioner that is barely blowing, the password from the WiFi to the administrator, etc. I don't have a refrigerator, but I'm not talking about a mini-bar with some water. They asked to warm up the porridge for the child to feed it. arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning and then refused. In general, one negative. There are no questions about cleanliness and repair. The price of a 2-bed room per night is 700 UAH. The price of services does not correspond at all.
