It's a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. It's also connected to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite nice and modern. The breakfast is good, but you have to order it the night before, which is a bit of a drag. The staff are the best part, they're super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. There are a couple of oddities, such as the shower (at least in my room) tends to pool water and cause flooding if you use strong pressure, so you have to turn the pressure down to avoid that. The TV in the room doesn't really work, there's no cable and it's not a smart TV, so no steaming apps and you can't cast to it. Overall, I had a pretty great stay and would stay again.

We spent one night on the road, it was -11 outside, the room was very warm! They even opened the window

I would like to thank the administrator who worked on Christmas Eve. I mixed up the booking dates, but she settled us in the room, showed us the shelter, how to get to the store, was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, we didn't have breakfast because we left earlier.

A wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations! Very cozy atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, you can feel the care in every detail. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. Rest here left only pleasant impressions, we will definitely come back again!

Upon check-in, I asked the receptionist about the power outages, and they told me the hotel had a generator, so don't worry.
As a result, I sat in my room from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM without power, minimal lighting, or service (my phone died completely). I couldn't use any of the hotel's amenities, couldn't order food, and the room became cold within literally an hour. The generator hadn't been fixed for six hours. Why should I pay for it if the day was no different from a daily rented apartment?
For six hours in darkness and silence, not a single staff member knocked on the door or offered me even a candle to relieve the feeling of being trapped in a dungeon.
