I did book their place multiple times and I liked staying there. The staff service is okay and the rooms are really clean and nice. The only inconvenience is that it’s really really far from everything and the budget is not high nor low🤷🏽♀️

This is tin! We stopped by because everything was already taken. At first glance, everything was immaculate, a big bed and everything was there. But the bed is crooked and sinks to the floor, I lay down and sank, it is advisable not to move because it creaks. The toilet does not have working extractors (they are there but there is not even a button to turn it on), respectively, mold, the shower is cracked, it stinks, it is disgusting. The wallpaper is stained in some way. It was disgusting to be there, we went to bed because there was nowhere to go. It seemed that this is just a den

We booked a room by phone, but when we arrived it turned out to be occupied. We had to look for a place to spend the night late at night.

+ Spacious room, large bed with a good mattress and pillows
+ Clean room and bathroom
+ Clean white sheets and white, clean towels
+ Minibar in the room
+ Food delivery from the restaurant to your room
+ Warmth
Cons:
- The price on Booking.com doesn't match. The room was 815 UAH, including a service charge, which isn't mentioned anywhere.
- Booking.com states that a continental breakfast is served every morning. This is not true!
- Broken bathroom door lock
- Refrigerator and minibar are very noisy
- There was some noise in the reception area for half the night, loud conversations, slamming doors, and a lack of respect for guests arriving from a long journey. We couldn't get a good night's sleep.
This wasn't our first time visiting the hotel and we were surprised by the changes, not for the better.
