The stuff is rude and unprofessional! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Have had the worst experience ever at this hotel after booking the rooms and not even visiting them could not get the refund back! The front desk staff is very unexperienced! The hotel administrator rang me back 3 days later with a blaming attitude, so much unprofessional and rude! The sauna we stayed in has been dirty and smell of dampness you can feel the minute you come in.. Would not recommend staying in or even near this hotel. Very much disappointed in staff, Ukrainian service will always stay Ukrainian until such people work in hotel industry..

The sauna is good, but the administrator Victoria (did not want to give her last name) behaved disgustingly and answered boorishly, such service is not worth the money.
In the sauna, the lock broke and locked the girl.
I call the reception and say that they don’t have locks in the toilet at all, then they say “Why close in the toilet, do you close at home too?”
The attendant came, scratched his bald turnip and asked the same question "why did it close" went for the keys, but there is no suitable key.
Sauna + - normal, but if something happens, then you will not only be denied help, but also rude. We had to climb through the window ourselves and help the girl out.
At the reception, instead of an apology, they said that such a situation had never happened before, because in Vinnitsa no one closes the toilets behind them.
This situation once and for all discouraged the desire to appear at least one foot in this sauna.
