The house is not bad, but clearly does not pull on a rating of 4.9. Basically I write everything for the poles, I will write for the cons or things to pay attention to:
- the kitchen is a separate room with an entrance from the street, if you are with children then send them to sleep alone in the house somehow not very
- the rooms are very small, the double bed has a maximum of 1.4 m - two people sleep very uncomfortable, the mattresses are in poor condition
- the corridor is narrower than in the train
- one bathroom for four rooms is not enough. There is also a toilet in the kitchen, but in winter you definitely do not want to go to it.
- dirty, spit sinks
If you agree to put up with these disadvantages, you can go, the place itself is very cozy and quiet, near the river, gazebo over the river, barbecue.

Great place! Super comfortable and cozy. Modern panoramic kitchen, 4 2-person bedrooms in authentic style + children's bed + folding sofa, with TVs and very warm. The bathhouse is top class, with a pool! And it's all under one roof! The best cottage I have ever stayed in. A river flows right under the house, there is a terrace and an open barbecue stove, a children's playground with a trampoline. I'm impressed. Special thanks to the friendly hosts, we had "invisible service" all the time: you go out in the morning, it snowed all night, you look - and the paths are cleared of snow, the house is warm. The outskirts of the village, a sense of privacy and silence. Nearby - ski slopes, Shipit, Synevyr... I want to go back there again and again! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation! People, make a reservation - you won't regret it!

Rested in the fall, in October. I really liked everything: a house in a picturesque place - in the mountains outside the village; a small river flows under the cottage in the yard; a separate plus - own bath 👍🏻
In the yard near the kitchen there is a fireplace, barbecue, where we always cooked dinner.
The rooms are comfortable, warm, which is very nice at this time of year!
Very happy with the rest and this cottage!
And the hosts are very nice and friendly people. Always stay in touch with us, we turned to them for help, the factories suggested us on excursions and came to our aid in our other requests!

We have a rest with the whole family, + dog Arnie-Labrador, not the first year. For the first time it was in 2016 and since then these lands and these wonderful owners and their entire family have fallen in love. Nice, warm-hearted, attentive and helpful people. Accommodation is all thought out and furnished with love. Comfortable panoramic dining room with kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. A comprehensive, covered fireplace near a mountain stream, a children's corner with a rocking chair, which makes the rest even more comfortable. A separate treat is the wonderful sauna. A wonderful location, quiet and isolated, a river, mountains and close to shops, a pharmacy, etc. The territory is illuminated at night, the presence of video cameras - everything is done for the comfort and safety of living and rest. We like it very much and will come back as soon as possible. Anyone who loves the beauty of the mountains, a cozy, well-equipped way of life - highly recommend!
