It is with great pleasure that I leave a review about the doctor of the sanatorium - Golubka Svitlana Fedorivna. She is a true professional in her field, attentive, tactful and extremely humane

Not a bad place! The territory is large in comparison to other agencies in Shayan! A quiet place in the valley with good food and various kinds of treatments and massages

Repair has certainly not hurt to update and everything is super staff always smiling and talking on a meeting !!! Winter scenery in a fairy tale !!!

The treatment was selected individually, taking into account all the features of my condition, and gave a tangible result in a short time

The only downside I've noticed is that the front desk staff often seem overworked and visibly stressed, suggesting that the hotel may be understaffed

Still, for those willing to embrace a few rough edges in exchange for authentic style and a break from the present, this place is close to perfect

I stayed in the hotel in December 2024 and I couldn't simply understand, why is so underrated. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and the hotel is located close to basically everything you might need

They are making the best of this crumbling structure, that must have been a pride of the town when it opened about four decades ago

Very decent hotel, I enjoyed my stay there with family, would come again, but don't expect anything luxurious even in the best rooms, it's what you see is what you get

It does however, it's great around 15-20 min walk from center of all beautiful shops and cafes / quiet too

After the first hour, the bath attendant came and added firewood, so the vat was hot all the time. There is a heated room near the vat, where there is a small pool with cool water, as well as a shower and a changing room

We really liked everything, we ran from the vat to the cool pool and back :) You can also dilute the water in the vat at your own discretion

Even dont understand the low rating at booking. Big complex right behind the border with some soviet charme,but-clean,spacious room,very friendly staff and even own brewery

There were problems with the room booking, the manager promptly corrected. The hotel is decent, the manager skillfully copes with situations.

As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel

We lived in a different accommodation near the place and came here for a day. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat

But each activity is for additional price. Prices are reasonable but the service could be better. Sometimes you have to wait for activity even if the place is not crowded, sometimes staff doesn’t want to make their job

Can't tell anything about accommodation, people say it's quite good. But the 4 km long local road is fit rather for the all-roaders. Can be smoother in winter thanks to packed snow if any

Very good place with lot's of attractions. However all restaurants and cafes are very overpriced and the portions are small. The prices are sometimes more expensive than in Kyiv.

However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules

The hotel is simple but clean - a renovated Soviet Intourist. Located on the outskirts, but next to the renovated modern Victory Park from the Latoritsa embankment. And a taxi to the center - 35 UAH

Of the minuses - there are few outlets, the toilet was leaking, the beds are short. The staff is extremely unsmiling

Best hotel breakfast during my entire July 2024 journey. The centrum is a walkable distance away. They did their best to make us comfortable during a very challenging time. I do not think there were many other guests

The place is lovely! The photos on the websites are real. The hotel rooms are cosy, well planned. The building itself is new, the furniture is in a good condition as well as the toilet and the shower cabin

The food should be ordered ahead, it is simple though tasty. The minus is the railway road - a noisy one during daytime as well as nighttime. Another minus - russian speaking people in the hotel

There is a hum in the rooms as there is a road nearby (poor noise insulation) Service: we were welcomed warmly but after checking in the staff was absent (there was no one to contact to resolve issues)

A nice hotel near the cultural monument of the Counts' Palace. Rooms: of the minuses, there is only soap for washing in the bathroom, there is no gel or shampoo, there is also no hairdryer

They cleaned the room very fast after last guest and checked in me in early, provided delicious home made breakfast and were very friendly
