The reception works unsurpassed! You will really feel the care and desire to help. However, for the restaurant, if you pay for access to the Swedish line, you can only get soup, arriving only half an hour later in the 1.5-hour meal window. So, you may need supplies! Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat. But each activity is for additional price. The place is beautiful. The cottage is great. Very clean. However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules.

Great family, boutique style hotel. Everything is beautiful and atmospheric, lots of fresh flowers everywhere, green territory. Clean rooms, very quiet if you'd like to have a good sleep. Friendly personnel. We will definitely come back here again if travel to Uzhgorod. The only minus I guess is the cold pool, would be much pleasent if it was heated. The rest is just great. Tasty breakfast, big portions

A small hotel with a big heart. The service is top notch. The staff always want your best. You feel special and relaxed. This is our second visit and we will visit this hotel again.
