On the plus side is the beautiful appearance of the hotel and the close location to the Khust castle.

The rest is cons:

1. We booked a superior deluxe room at the booking site, in the end we were given a worse room. Booked with a bathroom, in fact there was a shower. According to the photo, the reservation number was much better than what we received.

2. There were three guests according to the reservation, the room was prepared for two: there was no second blanket or slippers. Blankets are not covered in the duvet cover.

3. There were yellow-brown stains on the towels. That the towels, that the robes are as hard as sandpaper.

4. Disgusting soundproofing. Loud noise from the street. They closed the windows - you can hear neighbors from all sides. Some neighbors were chattering until one in the morning, it was impossible to fall asleep.

5. Poor ventilation. In the morning, the toilet smells of waste and smoke.

6. Huge pillows, on them you are in a position almost half-sitting.

7. We paid UAH 1485 for the Genius Level 2 discount room, the most expensive room at the reception is 1250 UAH.

8. At the reception and in the cafe there is no way to pay by card, every time you have to go to the second building to pay.

9. There is no kettle or bottle of water in the room (deluxe room!)

10. The receptionist at the reception is sullen without a smile, it feels like they are doing us a favor by renting out the room.

11. Bad wifi, barely catches, I had to switch to mobile Internet.

12. The water in the pool is ice-cold, if you want the water to be heated, then you need to book a sauna for 2 hours (1000 UAH) and only then will the pool be warmed up. In fact, only for the sake of the pool and booked this hotel, but it did not work to use it.

It would be forgiven if this was in a standard room or for UAH 600, but not for UAH 1500 per day. One night you can spend the night, but no more.
