LETIZIA country club Hotel

For the first time I encountered such a terrible service and I wanted to share with you. We rented two rooms in this hotel (boutique and suite). It all started with service in a restaurant, which we came to once and didn’t want to return again, out of 7 ordered dishes, the waiters forgot about one, and I have never met people with such unfriendly faces. The next sad moment was the news that we ruined the foot towel, on which you wouldn’t believe there was dirt, and yes, it doesn’t wash off, for some reason, so they demanded a certain amount from us (200 hryvnia))), without presenting a check . And of course, the problem was not in the amount to be paid, but in the attitude towards customers and the approach to business. Well, in general, it is absurd that in 2021 we cannot wash off the dirt.
The funny thing is that at the end we were not let out of the hotel, because "They haven't taken the room yet." We were told that the administration had gone to dinner and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for the room to be checked. Nothing more absurd, and what do you think, in our second room, the foot towel also turned out to be damaged)) the reception and the administrator began to demand money from us for another towel! It was just stained with sand that was on his feet, after riding a bike. Later, the administrator realizes that no one even bothered to wash it before downloading money from us. Shayan is a great resort town, but the service provided by Letizia Country Club discourages the desire to revisit.
