I was two nights in this Hotel. Very nice and modern hotel. The Restaurant was perfect food and Service.

I called in advance for an early booking. They didn't promise me anything, but they offered me another option that didn't suit me. When the room became available earlier, they immediately called me and said that I could arrive earlier - which was very nice. I arrived very tired with a heavy suitcase, the room was on the second floor, but they took my suitcase up to the second floor - it was great, I like it.
The next day I asked to clean the room, because the weather was dirty outside and the room became dirty. They didn't refuse me, they cleaned everything, for which I am also grateful. The room is warm, there is a balcony.
It would be nice to have a mini-fridge: in winter you can store food on the balcony, but in summer - no. There are also some small things: maybe you should change the toilet brush, because it rusted.
Overall, I am satisfied with everything. There is a place to sit and relax on the territory, there is its own cafe. The hotel itself is not in the center, but this is not a problem at all.

The location is not convenient. The service is terrible!!!
We called the reception to arrange an early check-in (of course with an additional fee), we were promised that the room would be available.
And so we arrive at six in the morning to check in, and we are told “There are no free rooms. Wait until someone wakes up and leaves”. When asked “Why did you accept our reservation?” we were told “We were hoping that someone would leave. You can wait on the chair”.
And thanks to such service we were forced to look for other accommodation at six in the morning before an important conference instead of preparing for it.
Therefore, if you are not ready to rely only on the expectations of the employees, I do not advise you to count on any guarantees.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the hotel. Very, very thin walls. It's impossible to be in the room, especially to sleep. It's just awful. You can hear everything that happens in the next room. From a knock to a bang. Children were screaming through the wall all day long! They were knocking, banging, running. It seemed like there were 10 people there and there was constant noise. You can also hear stomping from above. From the street, the staff is shouting in the yard. They are shouting, there is construction going on in the hotel. They are also noisy. Through the second wall, renovations are taking place in some room, also in the morning there is a bang. Impossible! We couldn't rest. We were driving through and needed to rest from the road. The administrator is a nice woman. We arrived at 6 am. She was very polite and nice. She checked us in. The room is average. We didn't have high expectations. But the towels really smelled of chlorine. The pillows are bad, no longer suitable for sleeping. No noise insulation. The location is so-so. At the market, where a bunch of drunks are lying along the road under the fence. I have no desire to come again.
