One of the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. No hot water, paid jacuzzi didn't work in any of the rooms, nobody has cleaned our room during the stay, receptionist was arrogant and not helpful at all. Avoid this "hotel" at all cost!

4* definitely plohovato maybe the room is standard and there is nothing in it to look for stars. No Slippers, mini bar missing, the overall decoration is nice, but it is clear that the damage has not been repaired or the fix was done otvratnenko.

IMHO, for the same price the hotel Uzhgorod 3* gives a head start.

Currently, it seems as if the hotel is in decline or has long been closed!
