Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are huge and richly decorated. The air-conditioning works without problems. I didn’t have dinners there, but breakfasts were realitively poor. Service is not especially friendly, what I’ve experienced during accommodation.

Great place, we traveled with little baby and they where so nice to us. Even provided baby chair for us to take to the room. Only minus was the very soft bed. Other wise nothing to complain about.

Was winter... Cold, the window is not closed. Arrived at night, eat failed. In General, I there more a foot

Wi-Fi is a disappointment in this hotel. Of course 4* are better, but in addition to the above, more serious complaints.

Good location in the city centre, but check before you should definitely check for the presence of non-Smoking rooms (unless you smoke)

We called 2 months before the date of arrival, the receptionist on the phone booked a room. Decided just in case to double check the booking before buying tickets for the train and for good reason. Administrator "pleased" that the reservation is not present! Promised to deal with this situation and call back. Called back - said "trainee administrator" provided me with false information, the room is booked, but you need to make full payment in advance, details will send by mail. Letter waited a few days, it did not come. I decided to write them first, got a response that rooms already present. In response to my request to comment on the situation, the staff said full ignore.

The hotel is in decline. It was good. Becomes potasenko. One star is clearly too much. The food is delicious.

This is a phenomenal establishment anywhere but, particularly for the region. I made this my home for a little over a month. I was consistently pleased with the hotel and restaurant. I had no trouble with English, communication. The only downside is their overzealous efforts to save energy. I don't appreciate needing to use my phone for light walking through the place at night. But, to be fair, such practices are the norm in this region of the world. But, a stairwell being pitch black, is too much to go without mention. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. BTW this is a fabulous place for small conference or group activities.

Do NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, as IT's USELESS. YOU WILL TRAVEL 800 MILES AND YOU INDIFFERENT, AND THE DIRECTOR AND A RECEPTIONIST WILL STATE - THAT THERE ARE NO ROOMS....
