We rested in early February, in general the room is clean, warm, fresh, beautiful view from the window! That's where all the positives ended. First, the owner is extremely unfriendly, bragging about her cuisine, and its cheapness, but for the price and the taste, there was nothing amazing there.
Secondly, it's very unpleasant when your favorite thing (a glass) has to be on display, I just don't like being with owners who like to slurp.
Third, the discomfort was caused by these constant limits on the hours of visiting the dining room, I didn't feel like I was on vacation, I felt like I was in the zone, I constantly had to hurry, and we came 15 minutes before closing - you have to listen to everyone, starting from the service staff, ending with the owner and her husband!!!
Every day some kind of claim, pressure and never a smile, a good tone, or just a question if everything is okay, if the vacation was good…..
Rest is like in an ice kingdom and as if you were picked up from the street and you are hired.
We will return to Krasiya, to this estate for nothing.

We rested in Teremka from January 25 to 29, 2026.
Maybe someone, I will save their vacation with this review because I always choose accommodation based on reviews and on Booking the reviews were good but now I understand how true reviews do not get there.
Choose another accommodation in the village but not this!!!!
I will try to be very brief. We rented a house that is for 9 people, there were 4 adults and 3 small children.
The person from whom I booked the house was called Maria and on the phone she was very kind, promised that during the vacation everything would be provided, including water, heat and generators….
1) In the first minutes of settling in, we were harshly told, as in a concentration camp, that it was impossible! And I think some of these points need to be discussed with people before booking! Many people will not like them….
2) When we asked to use our own multicooker (because the children are small), we paid an extra 500 UAH per day☝🏼 and only for the period when there is state electricity supply.
3) When we asked to sharpen a knife because it was mega stupid, a drunk man shouted at us that he didn’t have 10 hands.
4) When asked where the additional lighting is turned on when the lights are off, we were told that we had to take flashlights with us (when we made an agreement over the phone, we were told “everything is there, light, water, heat, we have three generators, don’t worry about anything”).
5) On our first evening, when we asked why there was no water in the tap and what to wash ourselves with, we were answered with swear words, and then with a fight, because a person named Maria and the owner Yuriy were already intoxicated and decided to show the newly arrived guests who was the master here and that no one would start the generator for us (the agreement said that during blackouts the water was always hot).
6) This Maria burst into the house every day, screamed, and every time the rules changed and constantly demanded money for no reason...
7) She constantly repeated that everything here was hers and she would do whatever she wanted...
9) We took the rug that was near the toilet outside on the first day (imagine its smell...).
10) During our 5-day stay, no one asked us if we were okay, or if we needed anything?.. They only demanded money from us!!!
11) We had to beg for garbage bags, it was good that we had our own toilet paper in the car……..
This is very short….
Now I understand why there are no people in this place and it is very easy to book accommodation in the height of the season. I really hope that such an experience is the first and last in my life.

Great place! For a small amount of money, we received a service that we never even dreamed of. You can arrange a transfer from the station for a small amount of money, a very nice room with good soundproofing, incredible views and very tasty cuisine! Not only that, the owners were able to arrange for the storage of our skis in the rental shop next door and did not carry skis from the house up the hill every time (by the way, there are many inexpensive rental shops near the hotel, in addition to the one directly from Krasiya) and allowed us to stay after checking out for a few more hours, because no one checked in after us that day.

There is a place to park your car, you don't have to climb the mountain on foot like other hotels, since this one is right under the road, the food and the price for it are lower than all others and the owners cook it themselves. The view from the window… I will remember it for a long time
There is a wonderful bathhouse on the territory, the room is large and has everything you need.
We are already planning our next ski trip and now only here ❤️

A great place to stay with a family, large apartments, home cooking, no need to think about breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything is ready for you

we had a double room with a terrace. very nice, warm and absolutely clean. fresh linen, modern plumbing. Yes, it is not large in area, but for 3 days with constant skiing it is enough. Especially since the equipment is somewhere to leave outside the room. Cooler with spring water. Another advantage - the lifts are very close. And most importantly - the owners personally conduct business (although there are staff). Therefore, all issues can be resolved quickly and for mutual benefit. from wishes - probably it is necessary to make steps at an entrance to a boiler room as there such "slippery" place. Before booking, read all the reviews, especially paying attention to the negative. After visiting I can say that most of them are unreasonable expectations (bad weather, nothing to do, no food, small room ..) That is, what can be read in the booking conditions, or that little depends on the owners. As for the dirt, I testify once again about the room we were shooting - it was perfectly clean, including bathroom. I will definitely come back if necessary

If you are tired of the bustle of the city, this place is perfect for you.
Privacy is guaranteed, especially before the start of the ski season.
We were at the end of June - peace and quiet. The territory has everything you need for recreation: 3 meals a day, swimming pool, sauna, barbecues and gazebos.
The room is clean, bed and towels are white. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming.
The food is very hearty, real Transcarpathian 😋, portions are large. We for 2 adults and 2 children 10 and 12 years old took 3 servings and did not eat everything.
The nearest shop in the village is 3-4 km walk, we drove by car - for ice cream for children.
Air and silence around - 🔥, we had a 100% rest from Kiev.
Privacy is guaranteed, especially before the start of the ski season.

I sincerely join all the positive feedback. We have just returned from vacation in the estate "Teremok". We truly thank Maria and Yuri for sincerity and hospitality! For them it is not just business, but the meaning of their lives. And it is felt in everything. Starting with a beautiful, neat area with cozy gazebos , a playground, a spacious pool with sun loungers and ending with clean, comfortable rooms that have everything to feel at home.Especially noteworthy dishes of Maria and Mariana.Everything is very tasty, varied, with an emphasis on healthy eating Portions are large, so there is no chance to stay hungry))). The scenery around the estate is simply incredible.It is an ideal place for those who are tired of the noise and bustle of big cities. .I am very glad that I chose this estate for rest. I recommend it to everyone !!! ❤👍
