We stayed at Marina's in July 2019 and loved everything. It's very close to the sea, and most importantly, it's a quiet and peaceful place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you, Marina. We'd love to come back next summer.

Knowing that a real, relaxing holiday on the spit is possible and starting from mid-September, we try to be here almost every weekend. Fresh air (in spite of the autumn east wind), view from the terrace to the sea, WARM and COZY room, extremely hospitable hosts! There again tomorrow!

Very dirty, the dishes are terrible, the forks and spoons are rusty. They threw off the rooms excellent and provided ... They said to throw off the prepayment of 3000, and of course they did not return it. They left everything and left. And you have a hazeiva of prosperity, and may our 3000 benefit you👍

Very nice quiet place for families. Pleasant hospitable hosts. For those who want to be away from the bustle of the city and yelling into the tape recorder, he called the attractions on the beach, then you are here. Recommend!

Excellent! We liked everything - the room is clean and fresh, the hosts are friendly and helpful, the neighbors are almost inaudible, 3 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the stop and the nearest store. What else is needed for a great vacation ?! 😊

It's fantastic, close to the sea, about 200 meters. We stayed with Marina in a separate house... You wake up in the morning and hear the SURF!

Great place for a relaxing family vacation! We rested with a large family at the end of July 2021, everyone was accommodated comfortably. The room was comfortable and cosy. The restaurant on site was very helpful. The cuisine is delicious, even the children ate with pleasure, although they know how to be harmful! )) The pool saved from the invasion of jellyfish and gave fun. Thanks to the staff of Holin Hall Hotel for a great vacation! Recommend! 😉

Great location, very well refurbished room. The room operates around the clock ventilation, adjust the temperature as you want. Everything is there, even a hair dryer. Cleaned up every day.
To the beach 2 minutes walk (the only negative on the road biting mosquitoes in the evening).
Delicious food at the base. You can order and take food to your room if you don’t want to sit in a cafe.
Barbecues are provided, you can bring your own meat.
The area around the pool is great, lots of shade and sunbeds.

The location is ambiguous, plus the pool and cafe. Of the minuses, the territory is not intended for recreation, there are no gazebos, there is nowhere to sit in the evening, there are no tables on the pool, sun loungers without mattresses. There was no room cleaning. Just took out the trash. The road to the sea through the bushes with mosquitoes. This is a feature of the far spit, there are no canopies and sun loungers on the beach, if you want comfort, choose the middle part of the spit. Special thanks to the waitress Vlada, she is smart, excellent service and help. The chefs cooked delicious food.

We have been coming to this hotel for the fourth year (this time we decided to take our parents). They booked a two-room suite in the new building for them, and did not regret it at all :).
The room is comfortable, stylish; with two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is complete with utensils and appliances. I was pleased with the good soundproofing (we could not hear the neighbors), a smart TV and a sea view from the terrace near the room. Cleaning and change of towels are carried out every day. From time to time Wi-Fi was slow in the old building, but rebooting the router saved the situation. We used the hotel's barbecue (you can rent a grill grate or skewers). Special praise to the administration and staff! In the cafe at the hotel, everything is invariably delicious (I recommend okroshka, seafood soup and salads). It is possible to pay by card and see the current menu on the hotel website. Attitude towards customers is on top, so Kholin Hall can be safely recommended.
