Stayed with my wife in September. Wonderful stay in a cozy hotel with comfortable rooms. Spacious, bright room with all amenities. The hotel is practically in a nature reserve. Immediately from the hotel, a pleasant path leads through a beautiful park, which leads to the sea in five minutes. Unforgettable experience! Thanks to the hospitable hosts Tatyana and Sergey ❤️

Good conditions for recreation:
- everything you need is in the room: a bathroom, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, a table on the veranda.
- good design and renovation of the room, very decent bathroom Nothing "military", but decent and clean.
- the ability to cook on your own in the kitchen and order in your mini cafe. Very comfortably!
- The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and eating.
- during the day you can order coffee, drinks, ice cream.
- comfortable nice yard.
- Daily cleaning of common areas.
- excellent location: right at the beginning of the path to the beach, passing through the natural park between olive trees.
- lovely cat in the yard))
What can be improved (I do not consider it critical):
- install a water purification system to remove excess salts. Now the water is salty. To prepare tea, coffee, food, fresh water must be bought or brought with you.

In the room for 1000 UAH. there is a toilet, air conditioning, a TV (in which only one channel works normally), I went there to work, and the family had a rest, but wi-fi is only declared and Mobile Internet does not catch the 3rd floor, as a result, all the work was not even started, others tenants were not happy in other rooms similarly.
Go to the sea for 10 minutes on a bad road with a child in a stroller without options, mosquitoes are destroyed and nothing helps one pass + 5-10 bites actively fighting back, there are enough jellyfish, the seashore is beautiful. Nearby there is not a single store with a terminal and the hotel does not either. I will not go here again, on the second day the whole family refused to go to the sea, until they began to go to another hotel in the afternoon.

We rested in Dionis in July 2020 with a group of 3 adults and 2 children. The hostess Tatyana Nikolaevna kindly provided the 3rd floor with two rooms side by side for the convenience of living and it was a great decision! The guest house is small but cozy. There is a kitchen with utensils and the ability to order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is very tasty and home-style (thanks Alena!). To the sea along the path in the reserve with a calm step of 7 minutes, the beach is large sandy, there are few people. Shop 5 minutes walk. If you want to relax from the bustle of the city, then you are here! Thanks to Tatyana, Alena and all the girls for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Cozy guest house. Welcoming hosts. Very tasty home cooking, there is a spacious kitchen where you can cook yourself. We specially chose a hotel further away, closer to the edge of the spit. Here on the beach there are always not many people and it pleases. Of the minuses, there was not enough in the set of towels for the legs. There was no hair dryer in the room. Everything else is just great.
