In general, the hotel itself is not bad, if you compare. They rest mainly with families and there were no parties, for me this is a plus, a normal territory, there is a beach with sun loungers.
There were some downsides, of course.
1- window exit to the road, the air conditioner is located so that it blows on the bed ... therefore, if you cannot sleep under the air conditioner, but only with the window open, take earplugs (I always take it with me).
2. Something was wrong with the sewer, sometimes there was a terrible stench in the bathroom.
3. Kitchen .... shitty kitchen) let's be honest.
4. Mosquitoes, a lot of mosquitoes. I read a review that they were processing ... I didn’t see it to be honest.
5. Sockets! Small and inconveniently located, I think that an extension cord will be a salvation for many.

Pros.
1) in the room you could not hear the screaming children in the pool (I don’t know how in the other building, of course)
2) the beds are quite good, the linen is clean, the blankets were just in case. There were towels (cleaning and linen change every 5 days), you can ask for a kettle, there is a hairdryer in the room, the Internet worked properly. Suddenly you need to clean, there were a broom and a dustpan in the room. As for me ... there was not enough a small table ... either to drink tea, or to put a laptop.
3) there is a place for parking ... though on the lawn and during the rain there is a big swamp ... and of course we noticed how the cleaning lady also poured a bucket of water on the lawn ... 🤦‍♀️ our people are invincible
4) there is a pool, but I didn’t swim ... I was a little disgusted) because I doubt that people take a shower before swimming, snot, drool and often children jumped there with sand)

We rested with children in the second half of August 2021 - everything was just fine! The area is beautiful, very neat, clean, well-groomed. There is a parking lot. Cleaned daily, treated for mosquitoes. There is a playground with toys for the kids. The staff is very friendly, helpful and diligent.
The rooms are comfortable and comfortable, cleaning every 3-4 days (the time is agreed convenient for residents). Bed linen and all towels are changed. Hot water is always available and enough for four without restrictions - you can safely wash after swimming or walking. The air conditioner is working.
The dining room feeds excellently and very tasty, the menu is varied: meat, fish, soups, side dishes, milk porridge, vegetables three times a day, compotes with different tastes. There is a brazier for those who want to fry meat or bake vegetables.
Separately, it is worth mentioning the pool - an incredibly convenient thing, especially for those traveling with children. Provides daily bathing regardless of the weather at sea, the water is always clean and clear. The area around the pool is very well thought out: a child cannot accidentally get into it (in the evening it closes completely), but at the same time there is where to sit to dry, play near the water. For example, at first our children were afraid of the waves in the sea, but in a few days they learned to swim in the pool with the help of circles and armlets, after which they splashed in the sea with pleasure too.
Access to the sea is also convenient, you don’t have to go far. Private beach, always clean sand, with awnings for shade. Wooden sunbeds are issued in the right quantity. There is a dry closet.

Nice hotel, beautiful territory, pool (which I have never used), you need to walk a couple of minutes to the sea, but there is a beach with sun loungers and awnings. There were few jellyfish, and they were removed from the beach. I was very pleased with the location of the rooms - the sun did not shine through the windows from the very morning and it was possible to sleep. As for food, it was very shovel, no choice, no menu, order in advance, time frame. Fortunately, there is a cafe nearby, where for the same money you can have a good meal at any time and for every taste. The rooms are cozy, but as in all bases, they are small, the worst thing is that there are very few SOCKETS, in 2021 sockets at the head of the beds are a must

In general, we liked the hotel. Two children rested with a family, the territory is well-groomed, the staff is friendly, there is a place to walk with a stroller. Nice pool, in which we escaped from jellyfish. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the air conditioner blowing on the bed. And there were a lot of mosquitoes, there are always a lot of them on the far spit, but this year there were a lot of them. But this is more of a claim to the city administration. I advise everyone not to go to Berdyansk if they do not solve the problem with mosquitoes next year. We did not know how to save the children from the chambers.
