It’s convenient that it’s near the sea and the embankment and the price+ is normal. Everything else leaves much to be desired. The bedding smells of sweat, in the kitchen there is 1 fork and 2 plates, the water in the cooler is not purified, but from the tap (it smells terribly of swamp). The air conditioner works every once in a while... After the rain, all the walls in the bathroom were wet.
I hope management will take note of this type of feedback and correct the shortcomings. Everything will be clear from the reviews. Then we will visit your hotel again. Good luck and prosperity!

The territory is large and not bad in appearance.
They promise a swimming pool, barbecue area and high-speed Internet on the territory and in the rooms.
The pool is a Fantan for children with a diameter of 4 m and a depth of 30 cm, so you can wet your feet thoroughly.
The barbecue area means you need to leave the territory, go to the embankment, and grill shish kebab, everyone passes by and looks at you.
High-speed Internet is something, it doesn’t work in rooms, it rarely works in the territory, in some places, it constantly writes without access to the Internet.
The rooms are spacious, old beds and a sofa, air conditioning, refrigerator, private bathroom. The tap water is salty and smelly. The bed linen is old and torn. Power often goes out in the Territory.
They offer food on site, it's not expensive.
But it’s better not to take cheesecakes, it’s impossible to eat, they forgot to add cottage cheese. Every day the portion of food for some reason became smaller (2nd dish) maybe it’s only with us.

The hotel is conveniently located to the sea and shops. But the room itself leaves much to be desired, namely the pillows, bed and everything just stinks, there is not even toilet paper and soap, the staff is good. The owner himself is a rude uncle, as if he were a king. The room has not been updated or thoroughly cleaned for five years. The price for the room was 700 UAH but you can bargain. There are places to park cars. And there is also a home kitchen where you can eat inexpensively.

Everything is good, the location is good, as the beach is nearby, an amusement park is nearby, it’s cozy, there’s a lot of shade. The children will have a good time, there are common toys with which they can play, and besides, they can easily get to know other residents and then play in the yard in the fountain. It’s great that there is a kitchen, dishes, and free water, both hot and cold. In the morning, you can go and get boiling water for tea without any problems.
BUT I give three stars only because there really is not enough repairs and basic cleaning. We were accommodated in a luxury piano (a piano, because there is a piano in the room, dada) on the first floor. It was clearly not cleaned, there was dust on the window sills, there was a glass covered in dust lying under the piano, and on the chandeliers there were garlands apparently cut out from paper by children, as if for the New Year. The family left and they still haven’t cleaned it up! Even though it’s a luxury room, it has an old refrigerator, which dad was still fixing a little bit so that it would at least not be so rattling, an old air conditioner, carpets and cabinets. But the rooms are spacious, a major renovation would make it much more pleasant to relax here. But what’s also good is that the prices are affordable, even though it’s close to the sea, here you can find a room for 500-600 for 4. There are economy rooms.
