Holiday Guest house in Berdyansk

A very nice hotel located close to the beach.
Decent sized rooms with 3 beds on the 2nd floor.
The addition of a kitchen area with microwave was very helpful!
The rooms had a large fridge with basic plates and cutlery.

WiFi was a bit poor at certain times but nothing to hinder my stay.
Air conditioning worked well.

Bathrooms could have done with some shampoo/shower gel & the only other noticeable issue was how thin the walls were, but thankfully we had 2 rooms side by side so the noise was from people I knew which didn't bother me!

We were here for only 5 days but we will be back next time we are in Berdyansk!

We were looking for a weekend getaway in Berdyansk for a family of three (we were really worried about our dog 😉). We found a room with a sea view at this hotel. When we arrived... we walked into our room and... WOW! JUST SUPER!
The view from the room is EXCELLENT 🤩🤩🤩 (panoramic windows). The room is incredibly comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. THANK YOU to the management for such a great hotel. We had a fantastic time. It was quiet, cozy, and most importantly, you can walk along the sea; there are many long beaches. If you're looking for a seaside vacation in the fall, this is the place for you... We'll definitely come back again. Everyone was very happy (even our Prince 🤭🤗). THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE!

An excellent hotel; we stayed there a couple of times in the summer of 2019. We had a wonderful experience. We booked a room with a sea view—it was amazing. The room was huge and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly, everything was spotless, and they cleaned it regularly. And of course, the fact that you can bring your pets is a big plus. Wishing you a prosperous "Holiday"!

This is a great hotel; it's not my first time here, and the management gave me a discount on my stay. Cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff, close proximity to the sea, transportation hubs, and shops—what more could you want for a great vacation? There are kitchens in both the suites and on each floor, along with essential utensils, a microwave, refrigerators, air conditioning, and hairdryers. Cleaning is excellent, with linens and towels changed every three days. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and fresh, and the rooms have a pleasant, unobtrusive design. The only downside was the salty tap water, which isn't a negative, but a problem for the entire area—the water is from a well, and drinking water can be bought everywhere. Thanks to the owners, management, and staff for a wonderful stay! I will recommend you and come again!
