Review only about the hotel.

Interior: beautiful hotel, modern renovation and technology. Nice furniture and excellent plumbing. The rooms are clean. But there are quite unpleasant and easily fixable problems - terribly worn and dirty bedside rugs. Stains on the furniture upholstery and this greatly spoils the impression of cleanliness (at a room price from 1500 to 5000 UAH).

Covered, secure parking.

Breakfasts: 7 courses. Price from 90 to 240 UAH. The room has 2 glass bottles of Morshynska water. What VERY disliked was breakfast from 9 to 11. When asked why it was so late, the answer was - why should the cook come so early? Excuse me, but people stay at your place for work and breakfast in hotels MUST be from 7 am. Well, at 9 he is also not carried, every time he called and asked - where is breakfast? They brought everything cold.

Location: Geographically, in relation to urban infrastructure, it is not the most convenient.

Service: this is a separate item and it spoils EVERYTHING. Service at the USSR dispensary level. The staff is absolutely not trained or professional. The guards are rude and Poke. The receptionist was openly naughty and yelled in front of me on the phone to my booking agent. Someone in dirty work clothes once brought me breakfast! Everyone is as unfriendly as possible.

For 3 days, the room was not cleaned even once. The towels were not changed. The hygiene was not updated. They only took the dishes after breakfast.

I would rather not return. Exclusively because of the staff and service.
