It's been a long time since we've seen such a scumbag in service. The receptionist is extremely rude, she doesn't let you say a word and interrupts you in the tone of a Soviet teacher who is always absent from her workplace and has to be looked for. Nothing is there, nothing works. Everywhere smells of fried food, because there are apparently no extractor hoods in the kitchen. I highly recommend looking for another hotel. It's horrible

Good hotel with excellent location. Friendly and warm staff, perfectly clean room and lobby, great location, free parking for customers. Its money is clearly worth it. I was completely satisfied, I recommend

The hotel has pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Quick check-in and check-out
2. Good location - Dnieper embankment
3. Overall very clean

Minuses:
1. Overpriced rooms, which does not correspond to the content of these rooms, furniture is broken in places.
2. Lack of water (mini bar), tea or coffee
3. No mini-safe
4. Terrible breakfast but good coffee
5. Poor soundproofing

In general, the hotel corresponds to the level of "3 minus". But with proper management, there is a very good potential for development.
