Road Star Hotel in Dnipropetrovsk

All I have to say is if I can give this place a zero start I would! We showed up on a Sunday evening with 10 people. We asked for tea, it took us 20 minutes to get a few pots of tea. After sitting we decided to try the tea… It was so strong and bitter that nobody could drink it. So we asked for more water to water it down… They never brought us water. We sat there for an hour and a half and we never got more water for tea. In addition to this, we also ordered one of their salmon meals. The salmon meal when we got it was cold and so dry that again, we couldn’t eat it :-( for the children of the group, we ordered for portions of fries. After 27 minutes of waiting I went to the administrator to cancel the fries and say it was ridiculous that it took them 30 minutes to get us our french fries. He started to argue with me and say that it hasn’t been 30 minutes do it she looked at our order time and it had been, 27minutes! Without any kind of apology, he said 27 minutes is not too much time to wait for fries… He added “this isn’t fast food.” He didn’t continue to say that they had done their job as they had waited on our children and continue to say that ”this isn’t a restaurant for children”. I’m sorry, I didn’t know this place engage in discrimination towards children! Ridiculous!!!! Children or people to and they deserve every bit of good service as adultsI understand this is a sit down restaurant, but 27 minutes to wait for french fries? That’s ridiculous! On top of all of this, as we were there for an hour and a half the waiter never returned to give us extra water for tea, ask us if we needed anything else, or even clean the table. Which mean we had dirty dishes sitting on the table for 90 minutes! What a joke! This place should be embarrassed at this type of service and these people should have some serious disciplinary action done to them! Ridiculous I would not recommend this place to anybody!
