Khortitsa Palace in Zaporozhye

Been to restaurant last week...we were 3 and dishes been served not at the same time, I got mine first and waited about 10 minutes for dishes to another people to start to eat mine. Ather adventure was to find someone to pay our bill...we were waited also like 10 min for any staff...after went to bar and call, but hear only laughs at the staff room, one of the person after long waiting came inside to ask for a bill to pay))))

European-level hotel. We lived in a small but very cozy room. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. In the morning, excellent and tasty breakfasts. Nice staff.

The hotel is in a very picturesque place on the embankment. There is a bar and a restaurant. For Zaporozhye, the level is quite good.

This hotel originally opened as one of the hotels of the chain "Four Seasons by Sheraton". It has a modern and chic design! Good service! Rooms with a view of the Dnieper River are simply mesmerizing, especially when admiring the sunsets! There is a hall for holding events! Restaurant! Places to relax, as well as where you can have a cup of coffee or tea. In the summer, the terrace is open, you can smoke a hookah with a beautiful view of the embankment with cool music, and on weekends a DJ plays.

Given the armed forces of the Russian Federation are engaging within 30 kilometers of the city of Zaporizhzhya, the team at the Khortitsa Palace Hotel provides a safe and impressive display of professionalism and deliver five-star service during a war that is very near to their front door. The rooms are terrific- particularly the suites. The lobby bar service is outstanding, and the dining operation is spectacular, again given the circumstances. The digital menu is visually what would be expected at a five-star property- but remember the circumstances. Yet, any item selected arrives as it looks in the digital menu images. The teams in reservations, reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping are professional and kind... and kindness is incredibly valuable. Lastly, critical for guests to appreciate the current circumstances- so if the city has a power outage, if an item is unavailable, if something is out of place... consider the realities of each of the team members who endure these every day- yet show up to provide quests with a terrific experience. Be appreciative.

The building itself looks good, but the view of the part of Shevchenko Boulevard where there is no reconstruction and lighting would repel any tourist who walks near the hotel, it’s a pity that no one understood this, well, this is not a problem of the hotel, but of the city :(

We stay not the first time, the hotel is excellent, the service and quality are at the highest level. Rooms with a view of the Dnieper - just super!

Good hotel. Good breakfast, parking available. Toads croak loudly in the pond

Best hotel in Zaparojeye. Comfortable clean and good location. But, expensive.
